Still trying to get or cancel my order. Says standard shipping in 2-8 Business Days. Ordered on February 23 Almost 2 months and no response from this company. Buyer beware!

They scammed me models looked ugly and did not allow returns and they said they were closing to lure me also did have landing gear as said in there store. 0/10 waste of 220 dollars.

My plane was beautiful, I should have ordered the bigger model, I will do this soon- Airforce One. I was missing my gift plane, but when I emailed them, to my surprise- they answered.

Shipment had problems. Vendor not only fixed it but sent me an ADDITIONAL 2 models to remedy the situation. Very pleased. Definitely recommended. BEAUTIFUL replicas.

My brother loves his Birthday Gift of a Qantas 747.Bit of a mixup with the mystery gift but was easily sorted out and now received.

Bought a BA Boeing 777 20cm on 9th Feb. Did not even attempt to deliver it, after 17 days I requested a refund to which I was refused as it had been 'dispatched' but tracking clearly said no one had picked it up.

Ended up with the last resort and issuing a charge back through Klarna, suddenly after 3 days it was miraculously picked up from their warehouse and delivered within 8 days...

The free gift is a total lie, I didn't get that and the actual models print quality is awful, the front of the plane looks like it's been double painted with windows overlapping other windows.

Would not recommend, clearly try their luck and hoping people forget they ordered so they don't have to send, false advertising saying they're closing down on Instagram ads and there will never be another restock, in the 30 days I waited the number of model designs increased... and they had multiple different sales but never do they mention closing down, images are completely different to what you receive.

They provided the proper tracking information and accompanied me through the process until the product reached my door steps. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. The models were perfect and extremely detailed. They are perfectly weighted to be displayed on the display stands that comes with each model. All my models are displayed in my library. For those who are on the edge whether this is real or not, fear not and get them. There was tracking provided and I could track the shipment from pickup to delivery. Above all the vendor is responsive and responds in a timely manner. I highly recommend this vendor to friends and family. As a matter of fact I might upgrade to larger models now that I have seen how perfect these models were.

The models showed up in good time. They look amazing. Exactly what I would expect for 1:100 scale. The details are stunning, especially on the AN225 and the A10 I ordered.
Their customer service is top notch!!! Extremely quick responses and the team behind the flightmodels email was wonderfully professional.

First adverts show bigger than what you'll receive, also the buy 1 get 1 free is a total scam
I bought fromt hem, expecting this, and when I try to return for a full refund, they fob you off with non-answered answers
I am still awaiting my free 1, or refund, going on 4 months now

Although it took longer to arrive than anticipated, I was delighted with my Emirates A380 model. Still awaiting my free item, but have been advised that this is under way.

Very happy with the models. I have 4 thus far, good size - not too large, but not small. Models have nice detail. Would not shy from a future purchase.

HUGE SCAM!!
That biggest scam for aircraft models - DON’T BUY. The plane is tiny and they don’t let you return item, despite numerous promises.
They also say you get a free one with every order.. they don’t.
They don’t tell you the size but show you in the add they are 4 times the size and you get this tiny one. If you have been scammed, contact your bank to request a full refund!

Ordered an F-14 with the promise of a ‘mystery model’. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the F-14. Metal, variable sweep wings move well and stay in position. Painted pilot and RIO look cool. Sits on the stand very nicely.
The mystery model didn’t arrive with the original purchase. I have been promised it will be sent out so we will see. Otherwise quite happy with the F-14
