Horrible interaction. 60 days and they finally came in and then I tried to return as they were Easter gifts and Easter is well over. The also didn’t work and that’s the cherry on top. They offered 20% off and that’s not enough to deal with this garbage.

Didnt even want to give the 1 star! Literally the EXACT same issues as EVERYONE on here, im disgusted and absolutely furious people can sleep at night knowing there turning a happy kids frown upside down by scamming them on a childs toy? Trully pathetic and karma finds its way eventually! I will be discussing this with a few people with connections in the FTC and IC3 to investigate.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Your package may not arrive and it seems there is one single person named Rocco who will refuse to refund your order through the customer service email provided. Rocco tracked my package (although it took a few days for a response) and could see it was lost and offered 20% in case the package does get delivered. I emailed over and over requesting a refund and mentioning I no longer wanted the items because it’s been a month and needed them for a specific date as a gift for my niece and nephews. I also said they could send a shipping label and I would gladly send them back if they arrived but after a month it is very unlikely. I am going to have to dispute this with my bank because they are now ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me. This website was also marked as being created in 2026 so a huge red flag. I should have checked before ordering but I saw the ad on Facebook and went for it. Buyer beware. Also it appears Rocco wrote a review for glow baby at the bottom of this page giving it a five star review as a “employee” of glow baby which is not allowed in trust pilot.

I ordered a product from glowbaby that never arrived. The company refuses to issue a full refund for the product that they admit has not arrived to me based on their tracking. Good luck to anyone who tries to get a product from these scammers.

Ordered for Easter, got email that the label was created and they charged me but then... Nothing. Tracking didn't take me anywhere, nothing is updating on the Shopify app, and the email I sent asking for an update went into a black void. Even crazier is I found an email in my spam from the company sent one day after my shipping label was allegedly created. The email said they had manufacturing issues and had to delay my shipment because they weren't satisfied with the product. Excuse me?! No information about when and where, just "oops" and now I'm out money and without toys. I had it on a Pay in 4 plan so I just stopped the autopay and we'll see what happens. I also requested to cancel my order but it was to the same email that I never got a response from, so...

Scam. Got the email saying package was on its way on 3/16, still nothing as of today. Tracking doesn’t work. Emailed the support email, that email doesn’t even exist.

Tracking info doesn’t work, customer service does NOT respond and the tracking is from china for this “US based company”
Weeks later and nothing - this is absolutely a scam!

I believe this website is a scam. I ordered from then and when i went to go check the website 2 days later their website miraculously dissappeared along with the tracking link they sent. Then when I emailed they sent tracking with a new company which gives no information at all about the tracking. I wouldn't rely on this site. Try the bolder glow site instead !

I think it's a scam! Nothing on the website, nothing's coming out on the tracking # they give. Beware!!

0!!!! Scam!!! Took my money, says it delivered, called and the number doesn’t work, emailed and the email failed, website is down.

Ordered March 16, have yet to receive information about tracking and today the website is down/does not exist. Think I got scammed unfortunately.

I'd give 0 if I could. Got 3 for my daughters for Easter and now the website doesn't exist. Seems this site was pretending to be another to scam people.

Shipping was pretty quick but they are on the more expensive side. Very cool though.

The Glow was actually way better than I thought! And the shipping was super fast
