No one took responsibility for incomplete work

Took far to long to even get a response to our ticket and the issue was resolved by our team not modern solutions' team.

It’s a great server hosting service, but they still charged me after requesting a cancel due to not having the funds.

Put actual notices of your hosting change instead of just a email most people don't look at

I received a prompt response considering the circumstances with the ongoing event that the company had experienced. The President of the company even took the time to reach out via Discord and assist me in my issue. In a matter of a couple hours, my server was back up and running on a new VPS like nothing ever happened!

They are just a great cad

Very good service and excellent support. I have been using their service for almost 3 years and never faced any serious problems so far. I highly recommend this company.

The Company Is Ok but there is 1 thing that maybe they should change is that there is an identifier for civ..

Horribly slow service. Respond to ticket in 10 minutes then ghost me for 24 hours. Purchased server with another company.

Very nice Staff, answered my question to the best of their ability and I didn't have any problems whatsoever.

Had a one day delay for the server, was mildly perturbed but I was given a one week extension due to my troubles. Greatly appreciate it! Amazing customer service.

As said in the title, the cad was easy to use, easily customizable and the balance between paid and free content. If I had to means to do so I would without a shadow of doubt upgrade and spend my money on this CAD because in my opinion it would be worth it.

Brilliant Company, I've been using RocketCAD for ages now and I've never regretted using it. The fact that you can basically fully customise that system is absolutely perfect for anyone trying to create a community, whether it be on the FiveM platform or just regular GTA Online on Console. I would not use any other CAD system other than the ones ModernSolutions have made.

I love there cad/mdt that they have it is the best when it comes to role play server I will always go to them for a cad/mdt for a role play server on fivem.
