I've fed these things back a few of times, but no helpful response was given. The jobs are not well reimbursed, especially when sitting in for a meal (definately not worth the time), jobs are repetitive and therefore couldn't accept some coz I'd been 3 times to the same place already, the questions in the reports don't always accurately reflect the visit but you have to answer something, so the report becomes inaccurate, and it was really unclear what the outcome of visits were (ie, no feedback).

I was so excited to be a mystery shopper, but whole the experience has left me disillusioned.

The company is very straightforward with its instructions and provides plenty of resources for the mystery shoppers to utilise. They are also meticulous to ensure the feedback completed is extensive and of meaning to their clients, ensuring that the particular client requests are followed to the letter.

Great company to work for, lot of jobs available in my area and good compensation too. Issues are easily resolved with the team and excellent communication. The jobs took me throught the Perth City and had interactions with a lot of different people and companies, giving me exposure to diverse cultures and sales processes.

It's a really easy way of making a bit of spare cash and/or getting freebies and i like the online system of submitting reports! I do wish there was an app that had a better UI but the website still gets the job done.
