No software license provided …
The software license key was supposed to be emailed to me. After two business days, I have not received and contacted them. They said it was back ordered and would take at least a week to fulfill. They said I should have received an email stating this and I never received the email. I asked for a refund and some form of written confirmation that a refund would be generated. They said they don’t have written confirmation. I asked for a copy of the chat which stated they would refund the money. They said they would send me a copy but as of today, no chat copy has been received.

If you are having trouble locating any communication from our support team please check your Spam/Junk folders and also your Promotions folder if using gmail. Using the email you've provided I was able to locate your order. Your order was received on September 15th. Unfortunately, there has been a high demand for the product ordered and you were told that we were out of stock and given the option of waiting but you requested a refund on September 19th. According to our refund policy it can take up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed. Your refund has been processed but unfortunately you submitted a chargeback to your credit card company before the 7 days. Occasionally, when products are in high demand we do run out of stock and we apologize for any issues this might have caused. The funds have already been returned to you.

Digital but emailed with a delay
They say digital but it’s not emailed quickly to you. I had to wait and then got concerned and emailed them regarding the code and a day later it was sent to me. The price wasn’t bad but the delivery could use more work.

BE CAREFUL, Fradulant Licenses!!
BE CAREFUL, they are selling fradulant licenses!! I purchased a "non-subscription" Quickbooks license from them in Dec 2021 and as of Aug 2022, Quickbooks informed me this license was expired and I could no longer use Quickbooks without purchasing a new license. I tried to reach out to the company, but they claim "This may have been under last ownership" and would not take any responsibility.
