Never received my order. After a month, I asked for a refund on the order. Then several months later they still did not process so I had to request a charge back. They have emailed me stating that my orders will be canceled and email will be blocked.

I wish I would've looked at these reviews before I purchased the clothing. The product material was not nearly as nice as the photos and when I requested a return the NEXT day, they advised that they couldn't return 2 of them, I had to pay for shipping and their links showed a 15% restocking fee. The response was, I shouldn't have purchased them. No apologies, no courtesy, just pure rudeness. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOUTIQUE. IM STUCK WITH THE poor quality product that's over 200. I'd rather eat this and let consumers know not to buy from there. What a horrible experience and my first time trying this place. Rude and way overpriced for the quality.

I bought a package and it arrived damaged. One piece was stained and the other missing a flower. This mistake was the post office fault but dealing with the refund has been a struggle. When sharing with them that I am not satisfied they told me to shop at a different boutique and they would be happy to deactivate my account. I do alot of online clothes shopping and they seem rude. I also placed an order on 4/29 and it is 5/20 and I still did not receive a shipping notification.

I wish I can say I love shopping here, but they’re clothes are overpriced and on top of that they run large I’m a size small and all their clothing that I have purchased the size small fits like a medium. Every time I do a return it literally takes a whole week. Sometimes they be coming out with specials and you’ll be wanting to get something and you can’t because they take super long to give you the store credit so that’s a bit frustrating. You get three stars for fast shipping and Good Quality clothing.
