True to what is advertised and comfortable to wear. Pleased with my purchase

I am giving a 5 rating because of customer service. I ordered two sizes and both were too small. I did wear the larger size for half a day at home. The panty was fine for leaks but for women like me who have gushes I wouldn't wear them away from home. I look forward to receiving a larger size and wearing them at home.

Brilliant pants for my urge incontinence, I no longer have to wear pads so no irritation. I think you may need to go up one size. They would have got a five star but I do find a bit of odour is released.
I just change them twice a day and it’s fine.
Would definitely recommend them.

Great pants - sleek design not bulky but keeps me confident that I stay dry when those minor leakages occur.

These items are a very good quality and much cheaper than say M & S but do the job they were designed to do very well, Have bought before and they persuaded me to buy again.

I ordered medium underwear but they seemed to run a bit small. I contacted the company to find out where I could go from here. They responded so quickly it actually surprised me and they made everything right in an extremely timely manner. Margaret, the person who was helping me, was incredibly kind and very polite. This is a really impressive company providing a quality product.

I was very pleased with these pants. They are thick so they can absorb minor leaks and are waterproof. I found them very comfortable to wear.

I love how I am protected from leaks and how the fit. No more diaper feel. Colors are great.

First few I ordered was a game changer , next lot seemed a bit stiffer as it was supposed to be a longer lasting version, have that in mind and it's fine , So otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Was hesitant at first but so so happy when they arrived. They are everything they said they were and more. Highly recommend. The service was great the team went above and beyond. Nothing was a problem

When I bought the first order from Vera's Underwear I was quite pleased with it but surprised that they weren't more cottony. I didn't swallow the idea that Vera was hand stitching in her workshop and imagined that China was a more probable source of workers. I did however like the underwear.
My second order was for 5 in a single colour in Large, the same size as my first. I was mistakenly sent size small. I asked about returning these in exchange for the Large size. I was told that for paying half of the price again I would get a quicker response as it would cost a lot to return them as it was so far away. I did this and received the Large size items but they are fractionally smaller. I am also left with 5 pairs of small underwear that are of no use to me. So, I have mixed feelings about Vera, whatever or whoever she is, probably fictitious.

Delighted to finally find these pants that fit me perfectly with no chaffing.
They do the job!

I initially ordered the wrong size. Vera’s was amazing in sending me the right size with no issues. They told me to keep the first order at no cost. As those did not fit I donated them to charity.

I ordered some underwear and when they arrived they were too small according to the chart. I contacted Vera and with a quick response they send me the proper size I needed. Great customer service and I appreciate that they kept me in the loop as to when my order was being processed and delivered.

Can’t believe how the underwear has really improved my life, no more leaks and so comfortable to wear .
I’m so glad I ordered from Vera as her delivery service is 1st class.
I only wish I had found her earlier, Thank you and all the best for the future.

Second order didn’t seem to fit as well.

Hello Vera, my 3rd undies order arrived today.
* I am very happy with my orders and my washing bag.
* The undies fabric is so soft, well made, comfortable and fit really well.
* I no longer have to take extra undies and clothes with me when I go out just in case. My day undies have given more confidence that I will be OK and I don't have to look for the toilets in case I need one quickly.
* My sleep is better and longer now as I don't have to worry about soiling the bed or not getting to the toilet fast enough.
* Undies are easy to wash and dry quickly.
* Love all the colours.
* Customer support is great and I appreciated being kept informed about the progress of my orders.

These underwear do exactly what they say. They prevent leaks, no odor, comfortable, and are just like regular underwear. No more pads, bulky disposable underwear that do not protect from smells. I feel very confident while wearing Vera's underwear. I am so glad to have discovered this site & product.
