Absolutely amazing products, I currently have 3 coffee cups and 4 water bottles. Do as they say, coffee takes hours to cool down and ice stays all day with the water still icy cold the next morning. Will not buy any other cups/bottles

Fantastic products, in a wide range of super colours. I have 2 bottles but love my sports bottle as it holds more and is easy to carry. It keeps my water ice cold all day. It came highly recommended by my brother, and I'm so glad I got one for myself. It's always with me inside my house and in my garden.

Sho water bottles stay cold for up to 10 hours. This means if I put a couple of ice cubes in the bottle my son is much more likely to guzzle down the drink. The straw makes it easier for him up drink from it too.

My 5yr old granddaughter has just become the latest member of our family to own a Sho bottle and she loves it! I added the straw top for ease of use for her. As a family our children, grandchildren and us have
a variety of Sho products- different size drink bottles, food flasks and tops. Our family have their bottles in their favourite colours and all are loved and used on a daily basis keeping the drinks cold ( or hot) as required. Can’t wait for the latest large cup to become available in different colours to add to our much loved and used collection. Good prices, great customer service and prompt delivery in lovely packaging. Five stars all the way from us all.

Products are always delivered on time and we'll packaged. Everything I have bought from SHO has met my expectations. As a tea drinker, I particularly like the fact the metal inside of the cups does not affect the taste of my tea in any way unlike other brands. I also love the fact that my cold drinks stay cold for many hours as advertised on their website.

Very good service with no problems. All that I bought was given in gifts and they were very welcome gifts by the resipients.

I have quite a few bottles and love them they are well made and a reasonable price. Great for dog walks to give our dog fresh water on a long walk. Brilliant for holidays abroad, I’ve taken mine to many places including Italy, Canada and Madeira

I have sho bottles which i use in the supermarket where i work and colleagues and customers always comment on them, i also got food flasks for my daughter and i which are great in winter to have a hot lunch. The quality and price cannot be beaten. But

I believe that the products on SHO are off high quality l have purchased different ones
Making use of them in my family
Also they are very good affordable price.

Excellent quality various sizes. Recently took ice in one for a road trip....ice still solid good 24hrs later. Definately worth the money

I can’t recommend Sho products enough. I first brought one back in 2020 and very quickly became addicted. I have several cups, bottles, 2 food flasks all of which get used regularly for hot & cold drinks and food. My new favourite is the xl tumbler with two lids and the colours are amazing.

I love my Bottles of which I have bought a few different types. I have bought for myself and Family and Friends.
I am thinking of buying a few more.

Great experience fast delivery well priced and durable we love our sho items we all have drinks bottles and our best buy was the food flask.
Our top tip for the food flask in hotdogs warms you up on a cold trip we have many so the other is filled with hotchocolate.

Great items keeps drinks chilled when needed and hot when needed. 100% recommend

This company doesn’t refund faulty products or see reason when you are away from home, with a faulty bottle, in need of a refund so it can be replaced.

Bottle was broken on first use due to a faulty seal. I bought in advance due to wanting other products so didn’t use this for a number of weeks. On first use, abroad, it has a faulty seal.

The products are generally good, but if you are unlucky enough to have a faulty one, Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I’ll go back to Amazon who would have refunded it.

Really disappointing customer service. As a review below, a knocked my Guzzler bottle over on the counter and lid immediately snapped. I've only had the bottle for a week.

I emailed customer service as clearly the bottle is not fit for purpose and assumed they would send a replacement lid. I was offered 20% (which is a promo running for everyone at the moment anyway!) to replace the lid.

All in all, I think the product is genuinely not well made if it cannot withstand being knocked over. Customer service response unacceptable and indicated that this is a common problem as they said "We simply couldn't afford to replace every bottle someone drops"

Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

Bought two childrens bottles with straw attachments. One of the lids was dropped after its first use and broke instantly.

I was honest about the lid being dropped to customer service who have refused to replace the lid despite the product being under under 3 days old.

Clearly not sturdy enough for any regular use, or this was a manufacturing fault as I've never had any issues with similar products from other brands.

It's a shame as the designs are great for kids.

Ordered a food flask to store soup. Very pleased with the product.

When I had a query about reattaching the silicone seal they came back to me very quickly.

They sent me a food flask which had been previously opened and had dirty fingerprints all over the inside. When I reached out to customer service they claimed it must have been one that they opened to check for “quality control.” Surely they shouldn’t be selling items in this condition, particularly when used for food. I was grossed out by the whole thing. They accept no responsibility for their mistakes. It was also not made clear until the product arrived that it would need to be pre heated with boiling water for 10 minutes before filling. Apparently I should have known this and there was no need for them to make it clear when selling it. Terrible ethics.

I have ordered many times from SHO, and I’ve always been happy with all their products. Placed another couple of orders at Christmas, and the lid on the pink calix isn’t very secure. It bounces back up. Have emailed with a photo, only received an automated response, no personal response. I find this very disappointing and poor customer service. Especially when I have placed quite a few orders! Hence one star!
