I’ve brought multiple figures from this company. They are the best they ship fast. The quality is excellent.

I've used ShowZStore for about a decade! They are always fairly priced, reliable on pre-orders, ship fast and at reasonable rates. Their customer service has always been impeccable. They are my go-to for transforming robot toys.

I've been buying from ShowZStore since 2019, and they've ALWAYS provided fantastic service. Most of my orders have arrived before the estimated delivery date. The one time a package went missing after 2 months, they gave me a full refund in store credit while assuring me it was still on the way. When the figure finally arrived after five months and I contacted them, they never asked for the money back because it had taken too long. Their after-sales support is excellent too, they even help find replacement parts for figures purchased elsewhere for a small fee. After years of dealing with them, I can highly recommend ShowZStore.

Prices are the best. Amazing delivery times from other side of the world. Very solid packaging. Great after sales support and even better over all support from the "contact" you are provided with every order. I have had pieces break while I was handling them - immediately replaced. One time there was a very small screw hole cover missing on one side of the model I bought - replaced immediately. Lost a package once during delivery and although we did have to give it time to not show up, understandably, but as soon as that seemed the case I received a new one about 2 weeks later.

I have used ShowZ for a couple years. I joined the upgrade membership to earn more reward points. I wish I would have joined sooner..

ShowZ carries a wide selection of 3rd party and 4th party Transformer figures, as well as other stuff. They have outstanding customer service, very fair pricing, and great shipping. They package very secure so it arrives in great condition. I highly recommend them for your collection. If you're reading this, I assume you are a collector.

Been using these guys for years. Their customer service is pretty quick to respond and always willing to help with after sales support. They respond to messages quickly and dont make excuses when it comes to taking care of their customers. Great place to buy collectibles from.

Meilleur site. Super pro.Je recommande.

Showz is by far the most reliable store for 3p products, and they are my number one source for one main reason: they have the best aftersales support you could ask for. They will take care of you, and I am done messing around with the others… Showz is by far the best, most professional shop out there.

ShowZ is the best place to shop for transformers and action figures. It provides a good selection of products, low prices, and fast shipping. What is the most important is their excellent customer service. They replied to emails and their site messages quickly. They helped me resolve issues with replacement parts or shipping promptly. For example, USPS could not deliver one of my packages recently due to the shipping company’s error. ShowZ quickly sent me a replacement package. I certainly would highly recommend ShowZ.

ShowZStore is my GO TO overseas hobby store. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and their prices, even in today's unpredictable world, are still 2nd to none.
On top of all that, if there ever IS a problem, ShowZ's Customer Service is on of the BEST there is!
I have 100% trust that ShowZ will take care of me, before/during/and after every sale.

I love ordering from them. I never had to pay any customs until now, the store has a good variety of figures and the customer service is really good. Once had a missing part and they ordered a replacement for me. Also I never had damaged items whatsoever.

Fantastic store, never had any issues. Customer service is very helpful. Prices are competitive and best of all shipping is affordable. Anytime I needed replacement parts they quickly obliged and shipped them.

I strongly recommend buying from them when satisfying your plastic addiction.

One of the best stores online, period.

the perfect place for all your transformers and mecha needs

support is speedy and helpful

Showz is fast, and affordable. They also have the best customer service. The few times I have had problems with an item they offered replacement parts for free.

ShowZ store always ships quickly, packs very well, and stocks the most variety of items. Customer service also does everything to fix issues, provide replacement parts, and solve anything that came up. They respond quickly to any inquiries and have been the go to shop when any items are needed.

Since I discovered Showz, it has become my go-to place for online shopping. Their kindness, professionalism, and excellent after-sales service have always helped me with everything! I recommend it to everyone, it's the perfect place to make your dreams come true.

ShowZStore has consistently been reliable and helpful, all at a reasonable cost. I would especially like to highlight their generous parts replacement policy. Their relationships with the factories enable them to get replacement parts in every case that I've had to deal with. Highly recommended.
