Ordered in time for Christmas delivery. Money taken, No update, item not shipped. Contacted company several times and after no reply initiated chargeback with my credit card company. Several weeks later the company contacted me and said they had shipped the order and it “got lost in the post” which based on several other reviews seems to have happened to everyone who ordered before Christmas. What a coincidence!. They then challenged my chargeback but couldn’t provide any evidence that they shipped anything (because they didn’t) and I got my money back. All in all, a terrible experience. This company tried to keep my money after not filling my order.

Very happy with my purchase. Good quality and quick to deliver

Ordered 2 sets of sock in time for Christmas. Only one set arrived, when I contacted them they assured me I would have them in time for Christmas as they were a gift. The 2nd set never arrived and they have since ignored numerous emails from me requesting a refund. I will not be dealing with them again.

Didn’t receive order but did eventually receive a refund after contacting customer services several times.

Question: What went wrong this time?
Answer: Everything. Is "Sic Sock" still trading? I have no idea. I placed an order well before Christmas 2024 and have received precisely nothing other than an an acknowledgment of payment. There have been no replies to any query since then and no communication. Why this review has even been requested, I have no idea.
By the way, I have purchased from Sic Sock previously without any problem, hence the though that they had gone out of business. so, all in all; disappointed.

Quick delivery, great for a gift!

This item was a birthday gift but did not arrive. Wasn’t told it was it was out of stock until I contacted them to ask where my order was

I ordered a Christmas present in plenty of time for christmas delivery. Other than the initial order confirmation email no other correspondence. Followed this up with customer services and live chat to be told my order was still being processed. 31st January and still waiting for my order. I can only presume the wool is coming from a very rare breed of sheep that get sheered very rare and seldom, hand spun and knitted by Father Christmases elves.

Like many others , never received my order, Ordered on the 16th December, still not have received , I would advise not to ever order from this company

Received emailed saying order fulfilled, never arrived, then after many many emails and intervention by credit card company it was found socks were never even sent out

You never deilivered my order and then you cancelled the order. I am still waiting for the refund

Terrible customer service don’t deal with them!

Like many others on here my delivery hasn't arrived, it doesn't even appear to have left their warehouse almost two weeks after placing the order. Have contacted customer service but no reply.
