Delivered well on time. Socks seem comfortable on. Waiting to use them for a 50k in June. Although will practice with them prior. They are very light all in all seem well made.

Misleading 15% discount information on Website!
I purchased 4 sets of insoles on the understanding it qualified for 15% off. However, this did not happen when the transaction was completed. Only AFTER completion did I discover an email containing a code for the 15% discount. There was no mention of the need for a discount code when selecting the insoles. I found the website extremely misleading and I am aggrieved that I did not receive the 15% discount on 4pairs of insoles. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am sorry you found the website misleading. I can see where the problem has come from. We did have an offer running, which had ended. The small header hadn't been removed from the page template. The sign-up 15% discount is a different incentive which is currently running.
I can see how this was misleading, and we have recified/ made changes to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I have also refunded 15% back from your order. I will also send through a £10 gift voucher to use on our website.
I hope this goes some way to upgrading your experience with Sidas.

This was my first contact with Sidas UK and rang their office in Kendal to clarify a few things and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. The delivery arrived as advertised and early days yet but the product purchased-gel insoles , appears to be of good quality.

A pair of insoles I ordered was out of stock. I was swiftly contacted by a member of the customer service or stock team that informed me of when it would be next in stock, and also helped amend my order before it was shipped. The delivery arrived in quick time, as was the out of stock item that arrived at a later date. Great service and products will always use Sidas, many thanks
