Absolutely fantastic, would definitely recommend

They got my address wrong despite being told multiple times, wasting everyone’s time. Had to give the sales rep and surveyor directions, resulting in late appointments and confusion. That set the tone. The sales rep outlined Signature's high-pressure tactics: sign and pay a deposit on the spot or lose your quote for a year—total scam behavior. I felt forced into it due to needing a solution to a serious mould issue. After paying the deposit, I had to chase them twice just to schedule the work. When they finally showed up, they left my home and garden a mess. No follow-up except to hound me for a review. So here it is: steer clear.

Easy process from start to finish, good communication and able to problem solve considering structural aspect of work. Professional and happy with finished job.

Fab service from start to finish. Lads were professional, quick and tidy. They did a full house change of windows and doors and also some brick work for us, couldn't fault them. We had a really good price too. Would definitely recommend them.

The installation service was without fault, the workmen who came on the two days were polite, efficient and tidied up after themselves, removing all the removed windows as well as any other rubbish. I do wish the surveyor had not made so many errors, not ordering obscured glass for my bathroom windows, despite my prior request and not ensuring scaffolding was ordered for both the rear and front of the property. Additionally, the front door glass was late for the first day of installation, resulting in a week’s delay between the first and second day of installation.

No hassle from start to finish, Dave and Kris were friendly, clean and efficient and hard working, never stopped. Thought we might have to decorate after the installation of the windows. I shouldn't have worried no mess or damage to the decor including the tiles in the bathroom at all. Work completed to a very high standard.

The whole experience was super easy, from the initial consultation to the installation. The installer was friendly and efficient, and the work carried out was affordable and good quality.

Would definitely recommend this company for new windows and doors. Everything from start to finish was great best communication we have had with any company nothing was a problem our back door needed a little adjustment sorted straight away, 👌 cannot wait to have the rest of our windows done hopefully next year.

Fantastic company, the service was excellent from the initial consultation to the follow up courtesy messages. The fitters were superb; their skills are outstanding, the commitment to detailed finishing is exemplary, the respect for ones property is commendable, the commitment to tidy up afterwards was heart warming and humbling. Plus the price was great for all 10 windows and a door, even before the huge discount using the recycling scheme. You must use this company, overall; everything you never knew you always wanted. The process was so easy from start to finish, the initial conversation with the sales representative, the engineer and the fitters were all punctual and were very professional. We had all windows and door’s replaced at our property and was told it would take 2 days but the fitters did it all in one day. I am so pleased I chose Signature Windows.
