So good one for silicone direct and good one for trustpilot .

Woodstain tins dented
Ordered two 2.5l tins of Ronseal wood stain. Both tins had dents in them, one of the tins the dent was around the lid rim which may cause issues when re-sealing the tin. Seemed strange that both tins were dented and from the packaging the damage didn’t appear to have happened in transit so I suspect that the tins were sent like that. I wouldn’t have bought the tins in that condition from a shop although I presume the contents will be fine. On the plus side the product arrived when scheduled and the price was good.

Bad packing and handling.
The delivery was very quick, but both tins of paint had large digs in them and one also had the top pushed in. No paint lost but can't stack them due to dents not allowing the tins to lay flat. Box they arrived in was not thick enough so as not to protect items. Also not enough internal packing.
