I was very worried that my order would not arrive in time. After talking to one of the staff in customer services, he reassured me that the item should be with me before Christmas. It arrived today. Thank you Silk’n.
Brilliant service!
I ordered on the 16th with next day delivery. It didn’t arrive until the 23rd. I also found it suspicious that it managed to arrive after sending an email to customer service. Not great service at all.

So iam very annoyed about the cost of delivery..2 small.toothbrush replacement heads and cost almost £8 arrived in a huge cardboard package ,honestly ridiculous and not justified.

Ik gebruik hem al bijna 3 weken en zie merkbare verschil. Mijn gezicht ziet er stralender uit. Vooral onder de ogen. Pigment vlek is tinter lichter. Handig in gebruik. Was er meteen weg van.

Extraordinarily bad. I ordered 2 Toothbrush heads on 3rd September. I have been a customer for over 4 years and have ordered toothbrush heads a number of times beforewith no problem but this time they did not get delivered as expected. When I enquired about the delivery I was told they had been delivered on the 4th September the next day and was shown a photograph to prove this. The photograph was not of my front door and now I am just getting ignored. I have sent emails but just keep getting told they will get back to me in 2 days. I have searched to find if there is any way of getting hold of the replacement heads but this seems to be the only way. Considering how much this toothbrush cost in the first place I am saddened that this is how this company treats its customers.
