Item not sent and terrible customer…

Item not sent and terrible customer service.

Chased seller and they said the product was out of stock despite website showing as available. I was told it would be sent at the end of the week (5 days after order). Still no dispatch notice or update from customer service.

I ordered and paid for the items on Mar…

You asked me to contact the customer service again, however, I got exactly the same reply from your staff saying the following. It's a wasting a time!

"For some reason the order did not come through in our system.
We are currently sorting this out.
I am sorry but I can not tell you when your order will be delivered.
I will let you know once I know more."


I ordered and paid for the items on Mar 28 and there is no updates till now. Poor customer service.

After trying emailing the company. Someone is investigating my refund. Hopefully the brush heads will be in stock in UK soon.
