Order Placement
I placed my second order through Silverfox but had missed off one item and only realised after the order was processed. After speaking with Amber, she kindly added the missing item on and agreed the cost could be covered on future orders which was a great help.

The Technical backup
The Technical backup was excellent as I was struggling to print barcodes.
After sharing my screen I was talked through the procedure.

Excellent customer service
We have been using our Silver fox label printer for a number of years to produce cable ident tags. The product is fantastic. Its extremely easy to use and prints perfect idents every time, either as new tags or from an existing saved file.
On the few occasions we have had to contact the company the customer service has been first class - responsive, quick and very efficient. Excellent product, excellent team!

I reached out for support on how to create a specific label format and Miro W. responded back promptly to my request. He was excellent to deal with as there was some back and forth until I was able to do what I wanted to do. I highly recommend this software based on the support I have received from Miro.
