Just over a week ago, we said goodbye to our beautiful border collie Mistie 🐾💔
The service we received from the very first phone call at Silvermere was just beyond brilliant. James our representative for Silvermere was so caring, he ensured Mistie looked her best and handled her with care. For what I witnessed all the team were super helpful and were so dignified in handling Mistie and her final journey. We had a lovely farewell in the chapel room and then I brought her home same day in a beautiful wooden urn with her name engraved on top and her footprint was just perfect. I couldn’t have choose a better place to say goodbye to our family member. She will be dearly missed forever. Thank you James and to everyone involved in the care Mistie received. It was a five star service.

I am only giving one star as there is no option for none.

My guinea pig was euthanised a little over a week ago. Silvermere were the provider used by the vet, so I proceeded with their services. They did no ring me, they did not email me, instead they sent me a letter by second class post in the lead up to Christmas.

I called them on receipt of the letter to be told there was nobody available to take my call, so I will emailed and they called back.

They were only interested in taking payment.

It was incredibly upsetting to know my guinea pig had been left rotting for a week because they could no be bothered to call or email me. It was very unnecessary and unethical.

I am incredibly upset and will warn people about this disgusting level of 'service' on every platform I can. I would never use them again. If they hadn't had left it a week already, I would have gone and collected her body to save her any further indignity.

They should be ashamed of themselves. Completely unacceptable and disgusting 'service'.

Thank you for looking after our dear Harry and returning him to us. Everything was very well done and what we had asked for. Thank you.

The condition of my casket for my boy was terrible. It's got damage down the side and the name tag isn't even straight or in the middle. Who ever completed clearly has no care at all. I phoned them and was asked to provide proof so i can arrange a new one. I've sent multiple emails and have been ignored. Totally unprofessional and I don't know how the casket passed quality because it's awful. For something so important and sensitive I'm disgusted.

We cannot thank the lovely people at Silvermere Haven for helping us to give our beloved little dog Bugsy a beautiful send-off. They accommodated us at short notice and helped us to fulfil our wishes. We chose an individual cremation and used the Quiet Room to give us precious last moments to say our final goodbye …. We’re so pleased we asked for this …. Writing in the Book of Remembrance was very special although difficult through the tears. We chose the beautiful Alderly Urn to take Bugsy home and the clay Precious Paw Print, all presented in a keepsake box. We’re so pleased we chose Silvermere for Bugsy’s last journey. Very professional and very caring. Thank you so much.

So caring and really looked after us and our cherished pet. The remembrance book was a lovely idea and really helped us say goodbye personally. Thank you so much for making what was a dreadful day feel a lot better. It is also lovely to know that we can visit the gardens where our pets ashes were scattered and be able to know he has received such good care and is in lovely surroundings.

Fantastic service. Everyone that I spoke to were very professional and sympathetic. Exceptional service explaining every process. Nothing was too much trouble, they made the whole process easy and I felt as though they would provide excellent care for our dog Lucy from collection to handing her ashes back to us.

Highly recommend this company and will be telling everyone that they should only use Silvermere Haven.

The respect, kindness and sensitivity I was shown when visiting my dog, Angelo before he was cremated in the chapel was touching. They were so considerate too when I was collecting his ashes which meant so much.

Nothing was too much trouble.

Sadly my cat passed away over the bank holiday weekend .This is the second time i have used the services of Silvermere haven .They are caring empathetic wonderful people who fill you with confidence that they care about the work they do .My Rocky was individually cremated on wednesday and the lovely Charlie offered to bring his cremated remains round to my house the next evening as he lived close to me and Silvermere are all about love and service Don't go anywhere else if you lose a pet they are simply the best .Thank you all for making Rockys last journey so perfect and my grief easier to deal with xxxx

I have to write a review for these guys! The service today for our Dogue De Bordeaux ‘Boss’ who passed last week was nothing short of ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The personal service from the moment I dropped him off the yesterday travelling from Norfolk, seeing him the next day and the cremation handover was first class. These people care. Like really care about their customers and make sure everything is on point, I simply couldn’t thank them enough. The lady who managed me and Boss, sorry I think it was Rachel 😂, was just incredible! I have high standards and like things right….these guys do it right! THANK YOU! Love to your all. You are brilliant at what you do. Brilliant! ❤️

Silvermere Haven were very good at providing a difficult service at what was a very emotional time. Pepper, my lovely bunny rabbit, passed away suddenly and I didn't know where to start, but Silvermere (after finally getting through to them via phone - press option 3) guided me through every step of what would be one of the most difficult journeys I would need to make. I also really appreciate the empathy and understanding shown by Lewis, who took care of Pepper every step of the way. Thank you all for making Pepper's final journey as easy as it could be.
