I ordered crystal prime 18000. and they got delivered very next day and they sent compensation of new device 10K as well.

Ordered 1 box of 10 vapes, ordered previously and the box has always been sealed. This time there was an open box with 9. Customer service shocking and delayed, sent all relevant photos over to be called a liar and said they have reviewed the CCTV and it was a full box etc etc. con artists. Although it was only 1 item missing. Poor handling, poor customer service. Another lost customer.

Been using these for ages now had loads of orders always turn up the next day or day after had one issue with an undelivered parcel got in contact and itnwas sorted straight away great customer service 👍

Can't lie after using this company for a couple years.
I receive email immediately of purchase and 2 hours later another for dispatch and by the next morning they've arrived.
Now the service is absolutely awful.
I have to email them to post immediately as I don't receive emails or tracking anymore.
They reply with yes later today and 2 days later I'm still waiting for them.
I've ran out now and it's Saturday and have no more so will have to smoke all weekend now to substitute.
I dunno what's happened to this company the past 3 months but after giving them 2 more chances after 1 bad experience I'm now dealing with another one so I'll be going elsewhere from now onwards.

Really bad guys vapes are an addictive substance if you can't post fast enough you shouldn't be selling them.

You used to be able to phone them now its WhatsApp and no response over the weekend either or on social media.

My mother ordered from them and it never arrived. They then said it was not their problem and she needed to take it up with them and not Simba Vapes. This continued for some time and every time they said it was not their problem. In the end she had to go to the credit card company who repaired her the money and NOT Simba Vapes. The money {over £100} was in her account a couple of hrs later. They may be cheap but if you lose all the money and still no Vapes. Is it really worth it?

Paid for order, got an email to say there was no stock to fulfil the order. Asked for a refund and 17 days later still not got my money back and now they won’t reply to emails.

I'm amending review.
I had a bad experience this month with simba and I've used them for 2 years every month with no issues only twice it's gone wrong but when it doe's it's stressful especially if vapes replaced your cigarette which mine do going without for a week isn't fun.
I received them a week later but I'm not sure I can take the risk again.
Suffering with severe anxiety and issues leaving the home left me stressed out and had no money to buy anymore as this was a 100 pound order.
Please simba fix up this shouldn't happen especially as this is an addictive item it's not for fun.
Anyway received in the end with 2 complimentary vapes so thanks you.

I have been using Simba for quite some time now and never had any issues.
Their choices are usually very good and prices are best I have seen, especially when buying in bulk.
Always delivered and packaged securely the following day.
Only place I go.

3 stars VERY good quality vapes spent atleast a grand on this website. Only downfall is they do not reply over the weekend which is -1 star AND their cut off time is 03pm giving little to no time as 03pm is when traffic starts to become irritating. I hope they can take this into consideration and make the cut off time 04pm.
