Given 2 stars because the Nihao mobile connection is good but still do not provide as good coverage as China Mobile Telco network. VPN is able to connect but is either no communication or super slow till non-usable at all in Yunnan. the VPN is basically very restricted in China. My friends encountered similar issues in Beijing and Shanghai during the same period as mine too.

Great support via e-mail. Was able to get the SIM card on a very short notice. Top notch service! VPN worked flawlessly. 5 out of 5 stars, fully deserved!

Good ordering proces, clear explaination on the pickup on the Airport.
At the airport it takes a littlebit of time to register your sim, but was ready within 10 minutes.

Very useful sim card package (with the VPN). Easy to find the counter and retrieve your SIM card (make sure to have your email address ready). For registration and activation process, I did by myself, it was easy (the steps are clear to follow, you need your passport). The SIM card will be activated quickly if you retrieve it during working hours, if it's out of working hours (which was my case) just wait until the next day and it will be activated.
Overall, the service and data connection was great, the customers service are efficient and professional. I recommend it for anyone traveling in China. Moreover, of you plan to travel again in China in the future, you can keep your Chinese number for small amount of money and thus reactivate your SIM card services every time you come back.

Overall very good and smooth. The only downside is that it is not 24/7.

Great service. I ordered and paid a SIM card online and I promptly received instructions to get it at my arrival in China.
The SIM properly worked with no issues.

This SIM card provides me a phone number in China, in addition of data plan. Having a real phone number is useful, for some of the attractions' admissions, such as museums require registration using a Chinese phone number.

VPN is also provided in the subscription. Something to take note of is not all VPN nodes work in China. I had to choose France, instead of USA for all my external links such as Google Map and Whatsapp to work in Chian.

Great service ! Answered my question promptly via the chat box. However, when picking up the card, the lady at the counter was slow as she is busy entertaining folks who are buying sim card on the go. I have to remind her my purchase. Got me worried as i bought 2 cards.

As a beginner of using overseas SIM cards, we didn’t have confidence in making right choices. So the initial communication online was important. The experience over WhatsApp was good. All the uncertainties were removed one by one and all the questions were answered in due course. Upon arrival, even though the staff there don’t know much about the work flow on the other end, they handled their part without any hiccups. Well done, Simcardchina!
