Report a fraudulent purchase to your bank
For those of you who have ordered during fall/winter 22 I suggest you report fraud on the purchase to your bank asap because they appear to have shut down everything, including the sister brands. Their socials have been quiet since November so something is up. That said, it is unfortunate because I’ve purchased from them before and it was great. It’s just sad. I wish they had just been forthcoming with what was going on.

THIEVES!!
I placed my order on Nov 10th 2022, and today is Dec 12th and I have yet to receive my package or a response to the several e-mails and IG messages I have sent inquiring on the status. I received one response from someone named Russ, and was supposed to hear back from them in “48 business hours.” Haven’t heard from Russ or anyone else at this company since then.
I am truly disgusted with the way this company has decided to just take my money and run. At this point, with no response and no package, but my bank account debited- that is how I am seeing this- they have taken my money and ran with it. I have ordered several items in the past and have not had this terrible experience with them. But after reading most of these reviews, and hearing about other customers who have had the same thing happen to them; I see that I was just lucky and it would only be a matter of time until I was part of the Simisienna fraud experience.
I will be disputing these charges with my bank and I will also be reporting this business to the BBB. I’m not sure why they think they can just steal people’s money. DISGUSTING! It’s such a shame, because I truly thought this was a company I would continue to purchase from for years to come. NEVER AGAIN will they get my business. Order#UJSI21441.

I’m not the one to write reviews, but 😠. I was hoping to support this business but that’s not the case. I placed an order August 10, 2022 and it’s now the 21st with no shipping or package updates, just payment confirmed. I’ve email them twice, no response, message their social media still no response. The items looks good but I would never order from them again or even recommend.
WHAT A MESS
In February I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful coat and was happy to support a black owned business. After waiting for several months and not receiving it, I wanted to contact the company. I couldn't find a phone number for them on the internet and it seemed I had to contact them by email.
I inquired by email about the status of the order. It took a bit of time to receive an email response, which advised that there were delays and I would receive the coat in a couple of days.
Several days later I received another email indicating that I would receive the coat in another couple of days. By now the cold season was coming to end, so I was disappointed.
After a while, I contacted the company again and was told that they were experiencing delays and would look into this issue. I never heard back.
Fast forward from February 2022 to August 2022. To my surprise, I just received a package from Simisienna. The large, heavy, furry coat that I ordered was shrink wrapped into a small ball and packaged into a small, ball shaped package. The lining is completely wrinkled. There is no company label, size tag, or care instructions. The coat runs much smaller than indicated on the size chart and is too tight. What a disaster.
I won't even try to deal with the company to replace the coat for a larger size. I'm sure that would be another fiasco.
What a shame that they really don't have their act together. I don't know how they'll stay in business except for the fact that many people try to support black owned businesses.

Walk Away and Find Reputable Seller
It was my wife's idea to support a Black-owned business, and buy her something for Mother's day. She provided me this site, and the items she liked. OK, I placed an order on May 4th. What a mistake that was! I still have no confirmation that the item was shipped. Now, your website is down? This is not how you keep customers. I wont even bother requesting a refund from whoever you are, and Route.com is absolutely useless too. This is straight up sloppy business!

I placed an order in March 20, 2022 knowing that it would take about 15 business days to process (I read the info on shipping beforehand). Since I wasn’t in a huge rush to receive my items (leggings with matching sports bra) and I was supporting a Black owned business, I sat back and waited…and waited…and waited some more. On April 25th, I email them asking about an update and I received a response stating that they were having shipping delays. They said it would be an *additional* 4-6 weeks. Considering that it had been a full month by this point I knew that I wouldn’t see my items until god knows when, so I chose the option to cancel and get a refund. I received a very nice response on April 26th talking about how they “know that money is hard to come by”, and they “understand”, so they would process my return in 2-3 business days. It’s now May 16, 2022 and I have yet to receive my refund. It feels like this company is operating a Ponzi scheme: I paid for something, didn’t receive any goods, and now I don’t have my money back. This is fraudulent. The biggest thing is I’m incredibly disappointed that this is a Black owned company acting like this. I do my best to buy Black when I can and try hard to support my community. I spent so much time online looking up Black owned athletic brands so I didn’t spend my hard earned money on companies like Lululemon. I regret finding this company and spending my money on them. I will never, EVER, purchase from them again. Buyer beware.
