Extremely frustrating experience with SimonMed. My physician requires follow-up imaging every six months, yet their system repeatedly tells me I am “not due” until a full year after my last scan, directly conflicting with my doctor’s orders. On top of that, my appointments keep getting rescheduled or canceled with almost no notice sometimes only one business day before the appointment. This has caused unnecessary stress, delays in medical care, and wasted time. The scheduling process feels very disorganized, and there seems to be poor communication between departments. Patients needing time sensitive follow up imaging deserve a much more reliable and coordinated system.
