I had an initial cold call from Andy Dunlop making me aware of the services provided by SCA and the assistance they could give me in trying to recover some of my lost SIPP pension investment which I must admit I was slightly dubious to take up as I thought it was likely to be another dodgy set up trying to lose me even more of my hard-earned savings.
Initially I put it on the back burner but being daunted by the thought of trying to go through the process myself I agreed to take up Andy’s offer the next time he gave me a follow up call. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I made concerning my pension investments as providing SCA with the details required to process my claim for compensation with the FCA was straightforward and simple.
I was told from the outset that I had a really good claim and should receive some compensation however the procedure could be pretty lengthy (up to 7 – 8 months) as the FCA aren’t like the Hare in the fable of the Hare & the Tortoise being more like the other participant but Claudia kept me updated on a monthly basis although there wasn’t very much to tell until I got the phone call from Andy one evening (bang on 7 months!) advising me that I had been awarded an initial payment of £50k which was deposited in my nominated bank account over the weekend and was ready to spend 1st thing on the Monday morning!
Andy also told me that SCA were in the process of submitting a 2nd claim with the FSCS for another not insignificant compensation sum which fingers crossed will turn out as successful as the 1st claim!
I really can recommend this company as without them I genuinely believe I would still be chasing the FSCS with very little chance of getting some or any of my investment returned.

If you have been mis-sold an investment, then contact them, tell them your story, sit back and let them do what they do best which is fight to get your money back!

Being a victim of fraud, especially for large amounts as was mine can be and has been extremely stressful. Always on the back of my mind and wondering if there is a light at the end of the tunnel is daunting for the best of us. Luckily with Simple Claims there is indeed a light at the end of tunnel. SCA made the whole process of claiming back the money that I was owed extremely easy. In addition they discovered other areas where I had been misled and are currently taking this up with the regulators .
