Incredible Customer Service at its best!
We bought this lock at the Grand Designs exhibition for our front door as kids are always losing keys. We had a Yale one first that was very temperamental. Around 4 months ago the sensor started playing up and then more recently the lock just stopped working altogether. We were about to order a new lock but thought we would just try Simpled first to see what they might do to help. The response was more than I could have expected. The chap I spoke to was super helpful and the following day a new lock arrived. Can’t ask for more than that. Other companies could take note of this. Proper customer service at its best.

I Bought this lock from Amazon after I read the reviews, after an installation issue (pilot error by myself) technical help was provided by Elnaz and Angel after a few emails the lock issue was resolved. Great quality product and very simple to programme and setup.
Good product, better service
Great product overall, have two already and looking to get more. More impressed with their post customer service, as I started to have a problem with one of locksmith running the battery down too quickly, and with a minimum of hassle agreed to replace (including replying over the Christmas bank holidays).

Excellent service, first class product.
Fitting the lock is not complex or difficult, but can be a little fiddly (stubby fingers and little screws) any one with basic DIY skills should be capable of fitting these.
I had to enlarge a couple of holes in my door but it really wasn't an issue.
Downloaded the TT Lock app and now the whole family has there own pass code and scanned fingerprints.
The best thing is that our UPVC door now locks as soon as it closes, previously we had to physically lock it every time. With an increase in reports of some dodgy characters trying people's front doors in the local area it brings peace of mind for the whole family...and it looks good

Great smart Lock but tough to fit
Having done my research, I was relieved that my efforts to fit the slimline (TF model) lock, myself (without having any DIY experience), were succesful and it was great to have a lock which no longer requires me to take house keys (finger print sensor, PIN codes etc..) with me and have a door that auto locks behind me. However I was reliant on a 3rd party tutorial on YouTube, as it wasn't that straight forward to fit and having to remove the multi point locking system to accomodate the extra length on the power cable behind it, was a lot more than I wanted. My recommendations are that the arrow marking the position of the external handle relative to the spindle needed to be much clearer (eg coloured red or black rather than just embossed on the metal), that the power cable length should be more easily adjustable, that the QR code, for the instruction manual, needed to be more prominent within the box and combined withsome basic pictorial instructions as well as highlighting the correct App (the Simpled one is available for download but not for use)

Secured My Home with a Flawless, High-Quality Smart Handle!
I needed a reliable way to secure an internal wooden door at specific times for safety, and I quickly became frustrated with the limited options—from basic bathroom locks to clunky smart overlays. After some research, I found Simpled and their Leverline smart door handle, which looked like the perfect, sleek solution. I took the plunge during their Black Friday sale and ordered one.
Delivery and First Impressions:
The handle arrived promptly the very next day, well-packaged, and felt robust and well-constructed straight out of the box.
Exceptional Customer Support (The Latch):
I immediately ran into one issue: the handle came supplied with an adjustable 60/70mm backset latch, but my door required a 45mm backset. I contacted the Simpled helpline, and although they didn't stock the 45mm latch, the representative was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He advised they were readily available from any decent retailer, which allowed me to quickly source a compatible latch from Amazon. This demonstrated great support and knowledge, even when they couldn't supply the accessory themselves.
Installation & Setup:
The installation the next day was straightforward. It took me about an hour total, including a little chiseling to adjust the latch hole and drilling the two new handle holes. The instructions were very clear.
I also purchased the optional WiFi hub. Once the Leverline was operational, connecting the hub (2.4GHz only) and getting both devices recognized in the TTLock app took mere minutes. A quick note: Simpled devices currently use the free TTLock app, which was clarified by the helpline rep—their own Simpled app is a future product currently in development.
Performance and Integration:
Two days in, I couldn't be happier. The lock is faultless, exceptionally well-built, and looks fantastic on the door. Setting up a PIN code and thumbprint was simple, and both work perfectly. Unlocking via the app is easy, and I was even able to integrate it into Home Assistant with a little help from HACS and Github—a huge bonus for tech enthusiasts!
(The only minor hitch is with my iWatch—holding it up as an NFC device currently brings up the bank card payment screen instead of unlocking the door. I still need to figure that bit out!)
Final impression:
Based on the quality of the product, the prompt delivery, the helpful customer service, and the flawless operation, I highly recommend Simpled and the Leverline smart handle. It’s been an excellent experience.
