Very good customer service

Avoid this company if you don’t want to…

Avoid this company if you don’t want to be locked out of your own home and get NO support because it’s 17:48…New lock purchased but used lock supplied….fitted 20:00 on Sunday night and lock won’t link to app as already linked to someone else’s account!!! ( clearly not new ) factory reset lock then linked to my app/account…. Next day 17:35 lock will not open door wife and 4 month old baby left out in cold and rain…. Emergency key does not open door so totally failed lock and no access to own house and NO support from Simplified so had to smash window to get in !!!! Simplified not willing to give any compensation for the fact that there clearly faulty returned lock from another customer has been shipped to me as a new lock that caused us to be locked out of our house and left with no option but to smash window to get in….. avoid at all costs as this is not Simplified at all it’s poor service and a product that when it fails out of office ours you will get no support

Hi Andrew, I am extremely sorry to hear about all of this. We have been trying to contact you a few times today with no success.

We know how upsetting this entire situation must be, and we want to try and make it right.

It is extremely unusual for the mechanical key not to overide the system, i have only seen 2 cases of that in my years at Simpled and were primarily caused by water rust, so we definatly want to look into that as that would be a true failure on our part.

I would also like to look into the lock already being paired, which again is very unusual and if you purchased the lock new, we have systems in place to make sure you don't recieve a refurbished one, so again this shouldn't have happened.

And finally i would like to apologize for you being unable to get through to us on the phone that evening, unfortunatly as a small British company, our phone lines have to close after 5pm as we simply don't have the capacity to have them open 24hours.

Please do reach out to us as we are really keen to talk to you on the phone and figure this whole awful situation out.

Perfect equipment, easy install and excellent support

Sales enquiry by telephone was mosr helpful and provided the information I needed to make a decision on purchase and selection of the correct equipment. Installation was simple and could have been quicker but I was taking my time to get it right. I spent an hour installing and programming in total, but next time I think I could do it in 20 minutes or less. Programming was easy using the supplied instructions and in the month since installation it has been a fantastic piece of security equipment - I will get another for other properties.

Simpled are an excellent company…

Simpled are an excellent company selling a state of the art product. I looked for ages to find a door lock that could be locked automatically and opened remotely. It does just that. (hub and internet required) I now never worry about the office being left unlocked and it is always secure. I can unlock the door remotely and watch people on the cameras as they leave for deliveries, knowing the door will be locked behind them.( We are in a bit of a tough area) I find the products bery reliable with battery use being pretty good. Even with regular use the batteries last months. HAving so many options is also useful with finger print, fob , key code and key for emergency access. We have 4 of these locks in operation and never had any real issues with any of them.

Excellent Locks, Accessories and After sales support

We have SF, EF and DFF locks and accessories.
Steve and Angel have been brilliant in arranging quick delivery and providing excellent after-sales support.
All the locks work very well. It was great to know they are listening to the feedback and investing in making the locks even better. I would highly recommend their products.

Great products & great after sales

Great products & great service! We love the keypad locks we purchased for two of our AirBnBs in our converted church! One of them stopped working and as it was still 1 week within the 2 year warranty, they honoured it and sent a brand new part the next day! Thank you so much :)

Great for my requirements

Bought these as to use on my elderly mother's house, great set up and the ability to use various methods of unlocking means that I can tell which of the care teams atended and when, wifi bridge is a must have to be able to control locks remotely and has been a Godsend on a couple of occassions, well presented product with very clear instructions, as concerns pricing shop around between Amazon and their own website as, there are usually some great offers on either, would highly recommend this product

Excellent customer service

I have a couple of Simpled locks, and they advised me beforehand as to whether they would fit my unusual doors. They are neat, easy to fit and save fiddling around with keys which is great. I did have a problem with one lock which I think was probably due to water ingress, but the lock was replaced quickly and without fuss. Excellent customer service.

Outstanding

I contacted Simpled Support Team by email at 13.42 hrs. on Monday the 23rd September 2024 to make an enquiry about the installation of a Simpled Slim Series Smart Lock which I had purchased on the 17th September; the installation was purchased as part of the order for the lock & the installer was to reach out to me to arrange an installation date. The lock was delivered on the 19th September & I wished to know when I could expect the installer to contact me.

At 14.00 hrs. on the 23rd, I received a response from Simpled requesting information which I had already provided at the time of placing the order & I replied accordingly.

At 16.12 hrs., I received another email confirming that my information had been forwarded to the installers & that they would contact me to arrange installation.

At 16.23 hrs. I received a telephone call from the installers & arrangements were made for the lock to be installed on Thursday 26th September.

I am very impressed & reassured by the quality of Simpled customer services. In particular, the speed & efficiency with which my query was dealt with by Natalie deserves special mention —thank you Natalie.

UPDATE
The locksmith arrived as arranged & my new lock is now up & running with no hitches apart from minor mods to the door. Setting up the lock for fingerprint, fob & ‘phone tag access & adding the Wi-Fi gateway was an absolute breeze. A huge improvement on the Yale smart lock which I had previously.
My overall experience in my dealings with Simpled, from the ordering, delivery, installation & communications has been faultless & I congratulate them on their professionalism & the quality of their products.

Brilliant customer support

I bought several locks over a year ago and have been very delighted with them since. They’re easy to install, look great and work brilliantly. This review though is because I had a problem with a bit of weather damage to the front of our back door lock. I contacted the customer support for advice on a repair and received a free replacement unit 24 hours later. Brilliant support.

Very happy with Simpled smart lock door…

Very happy with Simpled smart lock door handle. Easy to fit and install. Only needed to drill one more hole. Work right away after installation. Fingerprint unlock is great although can take a couple of tries if wet hand or in rainy condition. Can be also unlocked via the app ,pin code and also with smart tags which are included with purchase. Customer support is also fantastic. Very happy and would recommend.

Really good quality locks

Really good quality locks. They are complex and I had an issue with one. The support team were right on it, a quick video to show the issue and replacement sent with no hassle.
You can be safe buying these. They work brilliantly and with the support behind you there will be no issues,

Good product and services

Great product. But what is better is the after sales services. My lock was failed, email sent to the company and they even replied during the holiday and I got the replacement in just a few days. Highly appreciated.

I bought a lock a few days ago and I…

I bought a lock a few days ago and I haven't installed it yet because I take it with me abroad, but thanks to the great service I managed to avoid several serious mistakes when purchasing and choosing the right lock and mortise. The doors I have are old and unusual, so even the length of the installation screws had to be different than in standard doors. So far, I am impressed by the communication and professionalism, especially since nowadays it is rare to talk to a real person on the phone, especially one so nice and helpful.
