Good company, poor product experience
Excellent, prompt service. 5 Stars for your company, 1 star for your product. Purchased a Skiflex corner toilet from you. Directions for bolt/washer placement were unreadable. Toilet itself flushes well, but does not clean bowl. Removes waste, but leaves "skid-marks" behind... a disgusting sight. Will be looking for a different option immediately.

Before considering a replacement, we recommend trying a few adjustments that often help improve flushing performance. Additionally, performing a brief pre-flush before use, or placing a small amount of paper in the bowl prior to use, can also be beneficial in certain situations.

Easy to order and quick delivery. I have 1 complaint. Due to the cost of the toilet, it came with a very flimsy plastic toilet seat, not durable at all. I had to purchase a durable, sturdy, long lasting seat, which was extra on top of the toilet. My overall experience was good.
