Simplexity responded speedily to my request to get me from South Asia to the UK avoiding the Middle East as my original tickets were useless in the days following Trump's action against Iran in February 2026. When all airlines and travel agents were indicating no available tickets, they found me a direct flight to Paris (admittedly not cheaply). They also kept in close touch by phone and email when this was being arranged. I felt very looked after.

Mark and the team at Simplexity have consistently provided us with an exemplary service which has made our family holidays and leisure experiences so much more enjoyable and straightforward. They are really responsive to any queries and deal with problems that arise extremely quickly and effectively. I think that their service is excellent value for money, particularly given their personalised attention to detail and understanding of our family’s needs and preferences. We were lucky enough to win the box experience at Wembley for the FA cup semi final - Man City vs Nottingham Forest last year. We had an absolutely fantastic day and were looked after throughout! We had a full 3 course meal and included soft drinks throughout our visit. Even better the result that Man City won! Was a great experience with my brother which we will probably never get the opportunity to again.
