Jess and I first made contact back in 2019 where I unfortunately fell short at the first hurdle with one of her clients. Fast forward to 2022 it's very rare to see recruiters return and remember ex-candidates which is what impressed me the most. She did very well to negotiate and coordinate between both parties. She was very calm and managed expectations, more importantly rose to some challenges I set upon her. One other thing to mention was the handover within her team was seamless while Jess was on annual leave. It's quite hard to get it spot on at short notice. Well done to everyone!
