Easy process to purchase the insurance. Good email support. At the beginning and end. Cannot comment on claim process as there was fortunately no need. Based on my experience i would expect it would have also been ok. And would recommend them

I didn't need to use the insurance but the emails they sent were very helpful, including what to expect before the car and when returning the car. Cheap too.

Communicated very well and responded with my quote very quickly at a good price. gave advise regarding handing the car back to prevent any possible difficulties.

It was very easy dealing with Simply Excess, from purchase to end of hire period. We didn't need to pay any excess for our hire but it was comforting to know we had insurance if we needed it. The rates quoted to other people hiring cars were astronomical and more per day than we paid for week.

Used simply excess for recent holiday to Spain. You are always given the hard sell when you arrive to Spain regarding car excess. I just showed them my Simply Excess documents and they stopped talking and gave me the keys. Far better option then taking out rental excess. Highly recommend.
