Friendly environment, plenty of equipment in good condition. Continuous cleaning carried out by your staff is excellent.

Great variety of classes. As I am retired I particularly like being able to come to classes in the morning. The instructors are very knowledgeable and explain the moves in detail and have been great at giving me adaptations to suit my health issues

Unfortunately I can only attend peak (5-6pm)times which means almost all the equipment is in use or members just sitting on equipment whilst scrolling through the phones which is really annoying. Don't think I'll be staying

Good gym. Very easy to join. Staff very friendly and welcoming. As someone who hasn't used a gym in a long time, it has been easy to get back into the swing of it. Very well laid out.

Do not trust Simply Gym with your property, your security, or your money.

I am absolutely appalled by the management and staff at this facility. They literally broke into my locked locker, removed my personal belongings, and threw them straight into the bin. When I confronted them about this blatant disregard for members' property, they refused to accept any liability whatsoever.
Let’s be clear about what happened here:
Literal Vandalism: I used a locker as intended, and staff took it upon themselves to cut/force open my lock.

Theft and Destruction of Property: Instead of placing my items in a lost-and-found or tagging them, they treated my personal possessions like literal garbage and threw them in the trash.

Zero Accountability: Management’s response has been an absolute joke. They are dodging responsibility, hiding behind policy, and showing zero basic human decency or professionalism.

If a gym cannot even guarantee that the staff won't break into your secure locker and trash your items, they shouldn't be operating. Their complete lack of accountability is disgusting.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other gyms that don't employ people who break into your locker and bin your belongings. Absolutely shameful.

I tried to join the one in Walsall, but it has a 10 pound joining fee(really in 2026). I called to ask about it and if there was a promo or something as I saw they do promo, which was how I noticed it in the first place. The staff who picked was very unpleasant and sound like he couldn't be bothered to answer. He sounds annoyed and honestly that just put me off the whole thing. I will keep looking for a better alternative.

I recently joined Simply Gym Earls Place Coventry. The Manager Paul and Assistant Manager Ricky are really friendly and helpful. Most of the personal trainers are also very friendly. It is the cleanest gym I have ever attended and if a machine breaks down repairs are carried out very quickly. There is a wide choice of equipment.

Love this gym if your a gym head then this is your bag, great equipment friendly staff and 24hr access what more could you want 👍

We joined after Energie closed, the staff were welcoming and informative.
The 6.30am spin classes are good. However there was more class variation through the week starting at 6.15am.
It would be great to see other early morning classes available rather than spin or hyrox at 5.30am.

My last gym closed suddenly and I'd been very attached to it. So after visiting a few gyms in the area I joined Simply Gym who were miles ahead with easy friendly service, very knowledgeable on the gym and processes, great tour and always ready to be helpful. It's well equipped and clean and even at peak time there's a bit of room. There's a a seperate class studio and ladies area and the parking is decent.
I was purely sold on the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and feel right at home already!

Excellent classes, simply gym can use a better and more lively colour instead of black and grey colours.
