I ordered a self-stamping stamp and the font was large on one part of the word and small on the other. Plus there was a defect on a letter. I reported it via your form the day I received it and no one has contacted me about replacing it... as the rep on the phone had promsied.

I saw the special on FB and ordered 2 of the address stamps. One is a gift. They arrived quickly with correct information. My only issue is, I wish the address font was a little larger. Other than that, they're very well made.

I received someone else’s order. I used the chat bot to notify the company and never got a confirmation of a new corrected order.

The print was significantly smaller than I anticipated and it isn't quite as clear--a little shadowy. But I will use it and I will use your company again in the future.

My banner is Amazing! When confirming my photos and email customer care was amazing. They made sure that my photo was the best it could be to finalize to send to printing. The process was so easy I was able to upload multiple photos and choose the one I wanted. Thanks guys!

Be very careful when choosing a font for a personalized return address stamp. The font I chose looked legible when I previewed it before purchasing. When I received the stamp and tried it out I was disappointed to find out it was illegible. The combination of the font style and size of letters makes it very hard to read. In my opinion the font should not be an option for customers as it is setting the buyer up for failure. After sending in photos as proof, the company has offered 50% off if I purchase a new stamp but is refusing to send a new stamp at no cost. I was really looking forward to having a return address stamp but have been left disappointed as I ended up with one that I cannot use.

My cards were delivered and arrived very faded. I reached out to you via AI chat. New cards were supposed to be sent on glossy cardstock. They arrived on the matte cardstock and were faded. I reached out via phone with your AI representative and received no satisfaction. The call ended with me being on hold for 10 minutes. I need to speak to a human representative!
