Excellent customer service-had an issue with minor faults on a ready made - it arrived swiftly but this couldn’t be overlooked so I spoke to the team and they sorted a replacement, as the original was experimental colour they couldn’t match it so I chose new colours and effect and I love the replacement thank you for really fast making and dispatch of this one aswell unbelievable

Never responded to my first email that I sent. Did get response via their online chat but never got back to me in the time frame given. They requested the same details multiple times. They were unwilling to courier the product to me via a courier company like DHL, UPS or DPD even tho I offered to pay the difference. They only wanted to use Royal Mail for my order.

I love the dagon 12 inch tentacle I currently have. It's so fun to play with and I honestly can't get enough of it. I should have in hindsight, purchased the larger one with custom colors however I did that just now and I have a feeling it'll be even better. Thank you sinnovator.

Toys have a great texture. Makes things more fun and enjoyable.

When I recieved my order there was a defect on one of the products. When I contacted customer support they were very responsive, nice and helpful. They refunded the purchase amount and sent me a proper toy, on top of adding $30.00 in bonus points to my account. Very impressed by the customer service and the quality of the products. i ordered a rather expensive toy in custom colours, but when it arrived i saw the colours did not work at all - it looked more than a little strange. fully functional and otherwise correct, but for the money spent i couldn’t overlook it. i was not sure what to expect as a reply, but i was hoping for maybe a credit for another order. instead, i was met with two wonderful employees who went above and beyond - lauren and marcelina - to make sure i was happy. i sent photos with my email and they promptly got back to me in the same day, actually agreeing that the colours did not work on my toy and it was not up to their standards. i had my item still sealed, but they even said no need to return - they will send me a replacement in colours of my choosing, or a different toy altogether. a new colour came out for V-Day and it was actually close to what i originally had in mind, so i of course offered to pay extra/the difference for that colour. they ended up saying no need! it was already being sent to me, prioritised. can’t get over the wonderful, quick, friendly customer service! thank you lauren, marcelina, and sinnovator!

We had an item on the other that was going to take a bit to make, but the rest of the order was ready. Being asked if we wanted to wait for the item or ship the rest out now.
It was a nice consideration and we took the offer since the item in question was just a small add-on.

I ordere their Sinnovator Eggs Platinum Silicone Kegel Balls, at the end of November. After a couple of weeks I still have yet to receive them due to the the holiday season being hectic at the post offices. In January I contacted them informing them that my package had been lost in the mail. They were quick to reply and confirm it was lost. The same day they made a new order for me. Very happy with their website store and their service :)

There is a delay in my order. Sinnovator reached out to let me know they are working hard to complete it. I was disappointed in the delay, but pleased for the update and let them know. Then the unexpected happened. They offered some compensation for the delay.

I am touched and truly impressed by their customer service. They really care. This is an excellent company with which to do business.

My experience with Sinnovator was amazing. I absolutely cannot say just how impressed I continue to be with their products and service. I spoke to customer service on Etsy and via email and my questions were met with the kindest, most helpful team of people.

When it came to the product I bought, I was over the moon with the toy I purchased and all the custom additions I chose. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and to know I can have a toy made to this standard, with no nasty chemicals and no horrible reactions, is so reassuring.

I had one small part of my order missing, which is completely understandable at this time of year. I contacted customer service and without any problem whatsoever, they sorted it out for me and had it in the post by the end of the day.

This was my first, but it certainly won’t be my last!
