Made a purchase of their Sinuvox to try and help with my allergy that has come back this spring. A couple of days after I placed the order, I came across the same product in my bathroom drawer. Stupid me, I forgot I had purchased it last year. Contacted customer service to cancel the order. Juni responded that she would contact the warehouse to stop the shipping as it was already to be shipped from China. Luckily, she was able to do and refunded the payment. Extremely great customer service and especially by Juni.

I've been using this for about a month. I didn't notice anything at first...but then last night I forgot to use it... and I definitely noticed a negative impact of not using it. I am congested again. I hadn't realized that gradually over the last few weeks my sinuses were clearer, my breathing was easier, etc. I'm super happy with the results.

Rec'd a new sinuvox device a little over a week ago. It would not charge right out of the box BUT did last for at least 12-14 sessions.
I contacted customer service about the issue and JUNI responded right back to me. I suspect this is an AI service that the manf uses but I must say they have been very responsive through the entire process. After a sending the order # and providing a couple of pictures and a short video of the issue I was contacted again to let me know a new replacement order was being shipped out at no addional charge. Very good customer service. I do hope the replacement device charges properly because I was getting results more and more with each use!

Placing an order is easy. What I didn't find easy is what's included with what I ordered. I still don't know what's coming. I'm hopeful I'll have everything I need/want and that this product will make a difference for me. I am thankful for the satisfaction guarantee, which made it easier for me to decide to order even though all the answers to my questions weren't apparent.

It was pretty easy to order . But you should be damn lucky I didn't know it was being shipped from China. I would NOT have ordered it.

My youngest usually has a lot of sinus mucus and so I decided to buy this on a whim. I’m so glad that I did because he no longer suffers like he used to. He can breathe and sleep fully through the night. I’m grateful that the infrared option actually works and it’s so easy and convenient.

Device stopped charging in the first week. 2nd devise caused spouses nose to bleed. I asked for refund and they want to give me a 50% discount. I declined. They now want me to pay for return shipping to China even though websites says 30 days no hassle returns and they would cover shipping if defective. Avoid this company like the plague

Although the wait for delivery was a bit long, the wait was well worth it. I had inflammation in my nose which spread to the palate of my mouth which no doctor was able to resolve. This product solved the problem in under a week of use. So happy!

I can only comment on the website and ordering process . The website was well thought out and provided a lot of information. The one complaint I have, and it is the same when ordering online these days is how they try to upsell you with other products. I wish they would just list everything available the first time and let the customer choose.

I am about three weeks in to using the product and I have been able to stop taking the antihistamine that I have taken for 15 years. I am able to breathe better and the sinus pressure is a whole lot better too. I am so glad that I came across your product and that it is working for me. Keep up the good work. The only suggestion that I have for improvement is to do what you can to be able to get the product to people quicker. I am telling everyone I can to try Sinuvox also!
