Products are brilliant however the customer services are EXTREMELY poor.
Question:
SIP 1706 Propane Space Heater product code 09291.
I have a large propane cannister, the hose is simply not long enough from the tank to the heater. Do you offer a 5m hose or can you tell me what:
- hose diameter I would require
- the connectors I would need to connect to both the regulator and heater.
Your help would be appreciated as at the moment, I cannot use the heater.
The Answer:
If you measure the diameter of the hose that you have and use the same regulator, if you get another hose that is safe to use with propane, this should be fine.

Amazing customer service
Nikki in customer services was an absolute pleasure to speak to, despite a hiccup on the delivery firms fault she did everything she could to ensure my product (a Christmas present) was returned and a new one got to me in time for Christmas! Professional, personable, very quick replies and genuinely cared about giving good customer service, a credit to the company!!
