Absolute rip off.

Stepping hill hospital.
I entered the car park at 9.30 and left at 12 that’s a total of 2.5 hours. The app kept sending me reminders every hour to pay and I ended up paying £11.70 3x £3.70. When I got home and looked at the receipts it said that I’d left the car park and then re-entered each time when I was actually sat in the waiting room and thought I was topping up my parking as not to get fined. How can we possibly know how long we are going to be at the hospital to put I an estimated exit time. For example 2,3,4 or 5 hours. The charges for the site are up to 2 hours £3.50 then 2-4 hours £5.50. So by the app messaging me every hour I overpaid by £6.40.
Sipi customer service is totally useless and not fit for purpose. You can hardly understand the foreign voice when the actually answer and then all they tell you to do is email. When I said the app didn’t seem to be working correctly they put the phone down. Shocking service and a total rip off.

Sippi - don't trust it!

Feeling really angry with this app and the private landowners who use it, ie. Premier Park Ltd who operate on behalf of East Village Management (Stratford UK) . They must realise it doesn't work properly and are then able to issue honest citizens, who think they've paid for their parking, with PCNs. I parked with my 5 yr-old daughter in the back, took the time to read the signage, downloaded the app, paid or at least thought I'd paid for my spot all within 15 minutes. I decided to check again once I'd arrived at my destination 15 minutes later, because I'd seen a few bad reviews while downloading the Sippi app. Lo and behold, there was no record of my payment. I immediately paid more, but was later issued with a PCN. I decided to appeal it via the parking company, and then, when that was rejected, via POPLA, but I made the mistake of using ChatGPT to help me craft my appeal. I should've stuck with the fact that I'd paid it, and the Sippi app didn't work - it's a glitch in the app - it's not an adequate payment machine! In the wording of my rejection letter, they conclude that I didn't read the signage, didn't get the app, and didn't pay. Well that's a load of BS. Since I've now paid the £100, because I no longer want this additional stress in my already stressful life - and there is a cost of living crisis - and I am not working full time - and I have two kids and life to pay - I will probably now report the companies Sippi and Premier Parking Ltd to an ombudsman. I usually cycle in London, on this occasion I chose to drive because I was delivering a travel cot and I had my child with me, so I'm not really defending driving locally - I just think these companies ought to give some wiggle room.

App doesn't work, no-one answers the phone when you want to pay. Penalty charge issued after trying several attempts to phone them and pay whilst in the car park. Tried to appeal online and the emails provided don't send and just bounce back. I have paid fine as I can't cope with this as well as trying to support sick relative. This company sucks! Very efficient taking payment for penalty charge online however. Less that 2 mins. Tells you everything you need to know. Scam company. Do yourself a favor and, bus, walk, parachute anything but don't park there!!

scam company- need investigating

scam company, not sure how they are still allowed to operate looking at other similar reviews. I used one of their parking sites, downloaded the app to book 1 hours parking, got confirmation on screen (cost was 79p I remember vividly). A week later get a letter through door with £100 fine. checked the app and no record of my parking. My car Reg was saved on the app though proving Id entered my details. I havent got the time or energy to report them but I hope they get caught out one day as it appears they are doing this regularly

Sippi is literally the worst car…

Sippi is literally the worst car parking management company I have ever come across.

There website is useless, staff there are rude / lie, the help process is neigh on non-existent and if you need to call them, be prepared to wait for an hour or more to be told they will send you a an email that will never materialise, whilst offering zero help. All so they can fine you for parking where you live!

This company should close and all staff should be given the sack. This is a diabolical company and should cease trading immediately

Permits non existent and no customer service

After our parking permits transferred to Sippi, no permit has been issued, I have desperately tried to contact Sippi without success, even their contact us form yealds so response, their how to videos run for approx 0.00 seconds so no help there either. I have been on the phone to them on hold multiple times for over 1 hr and then been cut off. At this point I feel like Sippi is a front for some other organisation as they are impossible to get hold of, and do not do what they advertise to do such as issue permits. How anyone would use this company to manage their parking bays and car parks is beyond me, it also says a lot about businesses who do use them as who on earth would use a company that 96% of customers have rated them the lowest star possible to be able to leave a review. 1.3 stars when in actual fact its .3 stars. Absolute disgrace.

Sippi App CON Artists and Fines

The app had confirmed my parking had started but no email or txt confirmation in Exeter Cathedral but now iv received a £60 fine through the post never had heard of Sippi but wow looking at other reviews never park in their spaces

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with the Sippi app. Despite carefully following all the instructions and trying multiple times, the app simply did not work. I was not the only one with this experience. While I was trying to start my parking service other people were coming to me and asking about how the app works. They also struggled to get it started. There was no notification or warning to indicate that the payment or session hadn’t been set up properly. As a result, I ended up receiving a parking fine.

To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service to explain the situation, but received no response at all. The lack of reliability and support is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend relying on this app.

This shocking company should be closed down

This company should be closed down . I don’t know how they are still allowed to operate . I parked there recently and downloaded the app and tried to pay ..it looked like everything had gone through but when I looked at my receipt an hour later the payment was registered as 00.00 so tried to remedy the situation by paying by telephone this was not accepted . I also tried several phone calls with no response I then received a 60 pound fine letter which would go upto 100 pounds if not paid within 14 days . I then looked on Reddit and found that a number of customers had also had the same experience so basically this company has got a faulty app and is getting away with robbing every customer of 60 - 100 pounds . Never use one of their car parks and if I have my way they will be banned and am now reporting them to Trading Standards .

This company is awful

This company is awful. If you have to park in a Sippi managed car park, you may as well just set your car on fire and buy a buss pass. It would be cheaper and easier.
Our building changed the management to Sippi and have had repeated issues with them not taking payments, then giving you a ticket, and refusing to clear it. They then put it on your credit file. They don't answer the phone, they don't email.
They are part of the reason we are moving to a flat with regular on-street parking. Our current building management company are trying to get out the contract with Sippi. When even a scummy landlord doesn't want to do business with you... You know you're bad.

Absolutely shocking customer service

We previously registered my car with west suffolk hospital. I went to collect a family member I parked my car in a disabled bay with my blue badge on display.
A shock a few days later having received a letter with a formal notice that whilst I wasn't going to be charged for parking on site, but that I needed a permit.
I emailed Sippi disputing the letter, stating that the hospital had all of my details and my vehicle was registered on site. I provided proof which included confirmation from the hospital. 5 days for a response asking for my address. I replied the same day. A further 5 days went by with no response, only to receive an email this afternoon advising that if I was disputing a PCN I would need to contact another company.
No response to my initial email, just details about an issue that's unrelated.
Just incredibly poor customer service. No acknowledgement, just washed their hands of it and now I have no clue if I go on site again will I receive a parking fine.

Utter scam

Clearly from other reviews their app doesn’t work.

They are sending people to fine you for you own parking space. They are delaying approval of your request permit in purpose so they can send someone to fine you! They are useless and not trustworthy at all!

Sippi is a garbage app

I downloaded the app as I had an appointment at St Mary’s Portsmouth on a Sunday. Followed the instructions on how to pay and asked to take from my account when leaving. Didn’t think any more of it until later I receive a fine in post stating I hadn’t paid. I am really disappointed in this and feel that Sippi should pay me back for fine. It is clear I had intended to pay and thought I did. Very very poor app and feel nhs need to move to another app. Martin

Took my money. Cancelled my permit. Sent me a fine. Then blamed me for it

Paid for years. Still got fined. Then blamed for it.
I have been a Sippi residential permit customer at East Village, Stratford since 2021. Years of payments. Never once missed one.

This month I paid as normal. Sippi took the money and then cancelled my permit anyway. Twice. I then received a £100 fine for a parking space I have been paying for continuously for years.

I spent 30 minutes on hold trying to reach someone. No answer.

I escalated directly to the CEO of Agena Group. The response that came back was a template from a customer service advisor blaming me for not authorising a payment method. The same payment method they had been using without any issue for years.

They took my money. Cancelled my permit. Issued me a fine. Then blamed me for it.

The fact that this company has a 1.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot with 95% one star reviews tells you everything. I am not an isolated case. East Village residents are mentioned repeatedly across these reviews with identical experiences.

GetLiving chose this company to manage parking for thousands of residents. That decision needs to be urgently revisited.

Avoid Sippi at all costs. And if you are an East Village resident who has experienced the same thing, make your voice heard. The more of us that speak up, the harder we are to ignore.

Horrendous wait times for telephone answer

Dropped off at West Suffolk Hospital carpark 1/2/26 (5 minutes) 2 days later received a 24 hr charge of £15.80
Telephoned Sippi twice each time took more than one hour to reach a person, Later looked at payment history to find I had been incorrectly charged on three previous occasions. Trying to contact customer services is a nightmare.
