Don't waste your time!
We were sold the dream by Brian but having read the reviews we carefully checked the small print, turns out the price quoted was only an introductory price and then increased considerably. There were other charges added to the "order form" that Brian failed to mention. So glad we did some research and checked out the reviews. Brian is a very good sales person, very slick - don't be sucked in - read all the documentation carefully or AVOID like we did. We are considering making a complaint to the ombudsman.

Sirus came looked at our needs and gave us a very competitive quote.
The 2 engineers that done the install Stuart and Shaun were excellent in all areas. Listened to our needs and made sure everything was 100% + before leaving. We now have contact for any needs and customer service is first class.
Found me best price fair and square
Shopping for quotes I stumbled across Sirus. I met with their Salesman who was superb he looked at my bills which others did not do and found where savings could be made. Now in our office the system works like a dream. Look at these when shopping for prices they will win your business out of sheer transparency and fairness

Poor service
Poor service. Reported same faults many, many, times and they are still outstanding. They can't even get the correct caller name to appear on the desk phone screen for incoming calls! Other ongoing issue: Can not announce caller details when transferring calls from one extension to another. As for the sales rep, he just lied or misled at best on many points including, call recording, cancelling of previous contract and associated previous lease agreement with Sirus. Still trying to sort out the items he was supposed to take care of!
Buyer beware!
Nine months ago I moved to Sirus from Vonage, also replacing my BT landline phone. Everything went smoothly until I received my bill! There were five additional charges that their sales rep had not mentioned, which included fraud protection, meintenence of the equipment, insurance for the modem, and so on. This added a further £40 odd to my monthly bill, which was supposed to be £85 a month, saving on my previous expenditure. With the additional charges, which you have to opt out of, this brought my monthly bill back to the previous level. However, I have video phones (2) and a dect phone, so it is better than previously. Discussions with their staff, sometimes quite heated, produced no results.
Yesterday their account manager came to see me. He presented me with a contract to sign for the rental of the phones!! Apparently, because of COVID-19, they had omitted to give it to me last year. Their sales rep had made no more mention of this than he had the additional charges. I was asked to sign this document but, upon looking at it closesly, it was for £102 per month, plus VAT, effective from this month when they would charge me two months rental. TO RENT THREE PHONES!!! The good bit was that it was for 84 months, that's 7 YEARS!! The total value of this contract came to £8568, plus VAT!!!! i just laughed and told the account manager what I thought of his contract and refused to sign it and opened the door for him to leave.
Today I will be obtaining advice from Ofcom.
Sirus Telecom - stealth charges
Strongly advise you to check your bills for additional services you didn't positively approve.
This will involve logging onto the Customer portal as invoices don't itemise charges.
These services are applied following a marketing email - this is deemed as your acceptance, following you not noticing the content nor the incremental increase on the (one-liner) bill and challenging it promptly.

Do not enter into signing a contract with this company avoid at all cost. Initially signed a three year contract they are now telling me I entered into a 5 year with no proof.
Any issues you have they do not resolve or give you advice like .... buy an T link extender from Amazon or we will charge you if we do it. Blame poor internet speed on your walls and how far away you are from your router. Finish a call with whatever!
I have raised a complaint next step is OFCOM.

We have been tricked into entering into a contract for a sub-standard service. The staff is really awful and guys beware.
DON'T SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS AND FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.
Poor Service
Unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. There has been a severe lack of communication, service and support. The system does not deliver on what was originally promised! We are still waiting for one of their Directors to contact us after numerous emails.
