Where do I start? The customer service is terrible. They take weeks to respond and are very reluctant to issue refunds. The rapid remover does not work as advertised. Although the colours are beautiful, I've noticed significant inconsistencies in the amount of product you receive in the pots. I have purchased a total of 69 colours. Their Facebook group is also unhelpful; it's nearly impossible to get assistance there. They frequently delete negative reviews and comments and often don’t even allow posts to go through. If I had known how poor this experience would be before purchasing, I would have thought twice. Additionally, they managed to get my Facebook group shut down when I was only trying to help their customers with the removal process. If you are considering buying mineral bond powder, do your research. You can find the same products elsewhere for a lot cheaper. Don't be like me and waste a lot of money on this terrible company.

Lovely to apply , impossible to remove.
I would really love to give a recommendation but it is so difficult to remove.
I have bought all of their 'removal systems ', none worked
Eventually I bought a nail grinder
That did it but ruined my natural nails
I have since bought peel-off base coat.This works for me

One star is too much. Check out the real reviews on reddit. I noticed too late that the return policy is dodgy. If you have so much confidence in your product, have a money back guarantee!! Instead you have to return the purchase, at your cost, only if there’s a manufacturers fault. This poor quality product, with false advertising, doing more harm than good to nails shows that the manufacturer is the actual fault! Don’t buy this, you’ll be disappointed

Have been using sistaco now for about 15 months. Colours are lovely and once you get used to the application process it lasts maybe 9 or 10 days. However the problem is when you try to remove it. They used to do a remover in a glass bottle which you applied with a brush, it took a while but eventually came off after several applications and a bit of scraping. They have discontinued this and now changed it to the "rapid remover" in a tube. This stuff is more like glue and doesn't work at all. It has completely ruined my nails. When I tried to contact sistaco regarding this issue they are just not interested. They don't answer the phone its just a recorded message referring you to their facebook page, but if you have any problems and try to get help from other so called "sistas" your comments get declined, and they have now locked me out of their page. The only comments or reviews they accept are good ones.
I honestly don't think this company are being fair to their loyal customers if they are not willing to accept that their is issues with some of their products, especially when removal is an issue as they are making false claims that these products actually improve the health of your nails when this is clearly not the case. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Awful product. No refund available for this utter rubbish. It doesn't last 24 hours before it chips. Utter rubbish. They don't give refunds, so don't buy. Apparently the 30 day refund policy of the UK does cover these. Very expensive and its utter rubbish. Customer service is absolutely terrible, it took over a week for them to respond and frankly they were patronising and completely refuse to accept their product does not work. I'm extremely disappointed, I feel like I've been robbed.

Love sistaco the choice of colours is endless application is so easy and I'm a complete novice when it come to nails.
The only reason I've given 4 stars is I'm finding removal a bit tricky even though I've invested in the removal hub

Trash. Overpriced, arrived all scratched, the colours are horrible, they only last on for a few days at a push. You can get this on Amazon for £15 or so. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I reported it was crap the minute it arrived, waited a whole week for a reply and they took zero responsibility. I will escalate with customers rights UK because this is nothing short from a scam.

Bought this because I seen good reviews and I loved the fact that it was advertising that it was 'quick' to apply and they use mineral powder, which was great.

Took me around 20 minutes to do one set of nails. After 3 days they started to peel and chip. When I tried to remove the Polish with a remover, was so much more difficult than they made out!

I reached out via instagram however no response, but they continue to post on their page.

I purchased the biggest pack for my daughter for Christmas after seeing all the ads and positive reviews. It wasn't a straight forward application process but the removal process has been a disaster. My nails have been left shredded and my daughters polish has had to be professionally removed and her nails are shredded too. Customer service sent through videos, asked for a batch number for new removal product. After sending through batch number, photo of my nails and asking for a refund I have not heard back from anyone. I would not recommend this to anyone. Stick with the professional nail service.

Sistaco is a horrible, horrible company, who will delete and block anyone who posts anything negative about the product. Because of this, there are thousands of women who end up spending so much money because they only see the positive posts, only to be let down badly once they start using the product. This is what happened to me!
The majority of blocks are of women only trying to get help with removal, as it's nowhere as easy as they claim and will take more than an hour and it's still not off.
Also, I had issues with nail lifting (and I wasn't the only one) and they deleted all my posts asking for help and contacted me via DMs which was not helpful at all as they basically said I had applied it wrong, even though I applied it as per their instructions!
Not only do they block many women who comment negatively, but they have also managed to have five groups (that I was a member of, but who knows how many others) that have tried to help women with nail issues.
I had to give them one star, but if i could I would not have give ln them any.
Avoid them like the plague!

Worse waste of.money EVER. Followed the instructions to a T. As did 2 of my friends. By next day they had either chipped or peeled off completely.Phoned my friends & same happened to them. Don't waste your money. It's awful. I got better results with a nail varnish I got in a.pomd shop !!!

Great Nail System
So good I purchased it for my teenage daughter for Christmas!

You can purchase gift cards with your own money, but you can't use gift cards during their sales. My wife got a gift card for christmas and her order bounced back because they don't do them while they're having a sale. rubbish.

Definitely false advertisement. Followed instructions to a T. The polish came off after a few hours. Once I try to take the polish off, Certain parts of the polish would not come off imagine that. Then I had a burning sensation to my cuticles. Tried to contact customer Service. Customer service is nonexistent.

I love this product, so easy to use and so many colours to choose from. I always had short and flimsy nails until I started using Sistaco. My nails are stronger and healthy and are growing so much faster since I started using this product. No nasty smells or sitting hours at a nail salon. Perfect if you are on the go and well priced. I can definitely recommend Sistaco.

Wow, look what I got for Christmas. Sistaco has done a wonderful job with their packaging it is first class. I have so many colours to choose from, I don't know where to start. I think Rosette will be my favourite. I can't wait to start my journey with SISTACO.

Absolute garbage don't waste your money!!! Very difficult to apply and a ridiculous amount of time and effort with rubbish results - no matter how long you spend getting the technique right, the nails don't last beyond a day or two.
Customer service don't want to know - no refunds!!

Absolute rubbish, DO NOT BUY.
I followed all instructions carefully and peeled off within 2 days. After contacting their customer support, I did not hear back for a week. Eventually when they did contact me they just sent an extremely long email with instructions that I had already followed.
So I contacted them again, another 5 days passed and then they resent the SAME EMAIL, except at the bottom it said no returns.
I am appalled with the service and not even a gesture of goodwill.

Sistaco is an amazing nail system! I always hated the damage salon gel and dipped nails did to my natural nails. My nails were brittle and weak after years of this. I found Sistaco a little more than a year ago and LOVE my nails now! The system is easy, fast, with lots of beautiful colors to choose from, and most importantly NO damage to my nails! If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it! You won’t regret it!

Have only been using for a short time after looking for a product that lasts well and looks great.
Have spent 5mths repairing damage that SNS applications at the salon has done, leaving my nails brittle, extremely thin and even sore to the touch.
So far Sistaco is working well and there are so many colours to choose from. Practice will make perfect with application and removal but so far would thoroughly recommend
