Very professional and friendly. Thank you Laura and the rest of the staff. An excellent experience.

Lovely appointment with Dr. Khalique today. She was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I was also warmly welcomed by Noor. Will definitely return!

Great customer service and so far great results.

Very professional staff. Warm welcome in a beautifully relaxing atmosphere. Procedure was painless and all my questions were answered and I was given great advice. Spotless and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend and will going back

I walked into the central London clinic to ask about available appointments. The staff were all chatting in the doorway, was told there were no spaces even with the website should appointment times free. I have used Sisu before but the service has really gone downhill it seems, tried to reach out to customer service to give feedback and couldn’t get through on their website either! Ended up going to Therapie which is always professional but slightly more!!

My first treatment at the Mayfair branch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I was happy with my treatment (micro needling) the discomfort level was pretty low. Would recommend.

Dr. Imana optimised my treatment by doing Botox and Profhilo at same session. Noor at reception was really welcoming.

Very helpful, considerable and kind the staff are and most of all knowledgeable on the effects of treatments and which treatments are best suited to your need and desires

Dr Tallia is amazing! She really knows how to read a face and give you just the right amount of product to enhance your face.
I wouldn’t go to anyone else now!

Very happy with the results, will come back in the future

Visited Sisu for my first Sculptra treatment and I was extremely impressed and happy with Dr. Tayla, she walk me through the process in detail and explained to me what was involved. She was very professional and helpful making me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my experience and treatment so far

I visited Sisu today to get fillers for the first time, and Dr. Pedram made me feel so comfortable and in the right hands. He took time to explain my options, and answered all my questions.

I’m so happy with the results, subtle, yet I feel like I look years younger after one session. Highly recommend!

Al was very informative, professional and quick.

Thank you

Lovely experience at Sisu clinic Belfast. Staff very welcoming and friendly. No issues with service. Will return again.

Dr Laura is amazing, totally reassuring and professional. Providing detailed explanations and suggestions. I go to the Belfast Sisu clinic and would recommend it. All the staff are lovely providing a warm, personable experience.

I recently visited a clinic for a minor treatment, The doctor Sonia and Noor her assistant were both amazing
Their friendly and helpful approach feel smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism they showed, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Doctor Salina was excellent, so friendly and explained everything very thoroughly and the appointments were so quick and painless, I will be back!

I had treatment at Sisu clinic in Richmond and unfortunately experienced issues afterwards, particularly with my Botox eye area, which has taken time to improve and is still not fully back to normal.

At my first follow-up, when I raised concerns about a droopy eye, I was told this can happen, however this had not been clearly explained to me beforehand. I returned again and was advised to ‘sit it out’ and that things would return to normal over time.

To date, my eye has still not fully recovered. Eye drops were suggested, but I had to pay for the prescription myself and they did not resolve the issue. I followed up again but received very limited guidance.

While I appreciate that a refund was eventually processed, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication was minimal and there was no real acknowledgement or reassurance regarding what had happened.

It’s important for others to be aware that if something doesn’t go to plan, the aftercare and support may not meet expectations.

Dr Edele gives good honest advice and is very pleasant and helpful. I am always confident of good results. Reception Staff are lovely.

Sisu is a fantastic clinic. Every member of staff is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional, which really helps build trust. I’ve been several times now and have never been disappointed with the results, consistently excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
