Awesome support!
AlphaOne have been with SiteHost since day one. They managed our production servers except few that we manage it our own. Somehow, one of our server broke down and spent almost 4 hours troubleshooting it and I gave up because I have other things to fix. I asked SiteHost help. Not hours later, but minutes later. The emailed and boom! Issue fixed! That quick! So glad it's fixed before the sun raise or else my team can't work until our gitlab server is fixed. Thank you sitehost. Game changer!

we're an existing client and enquired if SiteHost was able to supply a registration for a domain suffix they didn't appear to provide. They contacted one of their upstream suppliers and organised the registration on my behalf keeping me in the loop along the way. They really went the extra mile.

I have found Sitehost to be excellent
I have found Sitehost to be excellent to work with. Their support is top class: quick and effective. They often provide advice beyond what is being requested but which is still pertinent to the issue.
They are willing to work with us by providing advice around procedures and standards when looking at possible new contracts with our potential clients and are willing to customise areas of support based on our clients needs.
Their managed services are great and take a real load off our shoulders when it comes to server management.
