I am being asked to review something I…
I am being asked to review something I haven’t actually received yet?!?
Approximately 3 weeks ago I received an email letting me know the product in question was out of stock & would be delivered a few days later instead but I still haven’t received the product.
I have emailed but have not received a response - It would be so much better to be kept informed of any situation & if I’m actually going to receive the product.

This review is in two parts
This review is in two parts. 1 we had trouble getting the order right two wrong furniture sets delivered. Then the right one with no coffee table.A little disturbing when dealing with a company for the first time to say the least. 2 at the end all issues was resolved and we have the furniture that we ordered.and I can say we are over the moon with it could not be happier.it is a quality product and we hope to have years of pleasure out of it.👍 just get the wheelhouse sorted.otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Took a few days to respond to emails…
Took a few days to respond to emails sent, but then everything I asked was clarified.
Delivery Ok.
Amazed how everything was squeezed into three boxes.
Easy instructions and easy to put together.
Seats are well made and hopefully last many years,
main disappointment are the cushions, only used them a few times and are already losing shape and are not comfortable for long.
We will have to try and buy better quality fillings.

The delivery was excellen. As above.
The delivery was excellent. The driver brought the very large box through the house and into my garden for me.i would never have been able to do that myself.
I really like the product. My one disappointment was that it had to be assembled when I thought it would come ready assembled! Only when i read the manual and it said it was for assembly by two people that I thought I may not be able to do it

Great quality acoustic panels
Great quality acoustic panels. Delivery tracking number was unknown and delayed but got them in a 5 days almost. Delivery driver called me 1 day in advance to deliver earlier so I was mega happy . Colour and quality is very nice.

Nice panels easy to cut and fit. Communication was very good, some panels arrived damaged contacted sixty six designs replacements sent out with no delay. All round very good experience

Before I placed my order, I had a few questions. Email reply’s were instant and so helpful. Postage was very reasonable and speedy, arrived well wrapped and I received a phone call from the delivery driver. 5 stars all the way and thank you again. I will certainly be looking at this company again if I ever need a sofa :)
