Kind knowledgeable staff
I was looking at a jacket on sale, I was looking for a size small. A kind gentlemen came over and asked if I needed any help. He heard that I needed a small and apologised that they didn't get any smalls. He then had a conversation with me about the jacket in a size medium and knew how it would come up well. He let me try it on and was very patient and kind and I ended up getting the jacket thanks to his help!

On two separate visits on the same day
On two separate visits on the same day, I was helped by two different employees, although I only got the name for Che. Both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience very positive

I have size 12 feet visited plymouth store with little expectation of finding what I wanted. Katie helped to track down the type and look of shoe I wanted. Best help in a shop I have had in a long time.

Dan delivered first class customer service during my recent visit to the Size store in Plymouth. As a frequent shopper, Dan always greets me by name, with a smile and a warm welcome ensuring a personable, positive experience. He was prompt to assist in getting the fitting room readily available for me to try on my swim shorts, which I later purchased. Dan added student discount as he remembered our conversations about my studies in a previous visit to the store, and asked about my plans and showed interest in my week ahead. Dan is an absolute asset to Size and always ensures a vibrant, memorable experience. Thank you Dan!
