Skandium - great customer service
After a Google search I found the table I was looking for on sale in Skandium and while others were also offering a discount, theirs was the best. Ordering was easy and when I’ve had questions I received an email reply very promptly. Customer Care team are friendly and helpful. One critique, I hadn’t expected to pay for delivery considering the heavy price tag of the table.
Delivery was arranged very quickly once in store and the courier assembled it and took the rubbish away.
Thank you Skandium, I love my new table!

Unnecessarily frustrating i am afraid
I know reviews reflect extremes - but Skandium asked me to review their service so here goes!
Order item 15 June told 2-4 weeks
After much to and fro I receive a v polite / helpful call c.10 weeks later saying “will be delivered imminently ie day or two”. I give them hours when someone will be in at building site (all day 8am to 4:30pm)
Unaware delivery not made, one more week later I get a text at 4pm saying it should arrive in 2 hours. Rather than drive 2 hours to the house, I monitor remote entry / CCTV to let driver at least drop package off. He doesn’t show up in this time.
I check “tracking” at 7pm that Skandium themselves share and driver is parked in local town and marked job as completed - but no sign of delivery.
STOP PRESS - having spoken to Skandium the item was delivered, but the 2 hour message was apparently a mistake (and it had been delivered then!).
So unfortunately, yet more time and aggravation for all. Albeit as ever the customer service team very helpful trying to resolve. Conclusion - order mgmt systems need improving!
