You give an idea, they deliver
I've been wanting a hoody for a long while with all 3 of my children s hobbies and asked many embroidery companies to do so and non have been able to do what I wanted. I sent my idea to sketch and stitch and they were more than happy to forfill my request of a goal a footballer a showjumper and a girl doing a cartwheel. Not only did they get what I wanted they used actual images of my children doing their hobbies, and their names on my sleeve.I absolutely love my hoody it fits get fantastic communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Got a hoodie for my daughter with her dog on it was really impressed with it daughter loved it. I ordered one from another company for Xmas but it didn't come and they where blanking my emails payed by PayPal so got money back and decided to try your company and within ordering it was here in days good quality and she wrote the name for the sleeve which she loves all her friends have comment on it so very happy with it and would use you again thanks

I would give 1 star but I have to accept I missed the email with the final design on it which is frankly laughable. It resembles the shape of my pet but that’s about it. I would advise anyone booking to have a close up head shot rather than a full body as mine look like my 8 year old had ago. The name Dexter look more like Dexten. I fall foul of the not checking terms and conditions and am now stuck with a £54 hoodie that is literally only good for walking the dog in

All the designs are carefully hand drawn, creating an outline and drawing of key features in the photos our customer’s upload.
After we send our design emails, we wait 24 hours for a response with any changes that may be requested. If we do not hear back from customers with any design changes, we will process the garment as usual with the design as shown to avoid any production and delivery delays.

Rubbish design and company
I ordered a jumper but the image on it was extremely poor. I have asked for a refund or replacement but they have refused so now am stuck with a rubbish jumper

As explained via email we sent you the design before production began, if design changes are requests by our customers we change the designs accordingly. We wait 24 hours to receive any design changes, if we do not hear back, we process the order with the design as shown in the email.
Unfortunately, there are some of our products and services that are non-refundable which include anything that has been made to a customer’s specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise cannot be resold due to a bespoke element.
The one star review is not a true reflection of our service or product as the order was made as per the checkout and order instructions.
Customers can read all about our returns policy and conditions via our website before placing an order online. As a small business we take pride in the orders we sent out and the relationship with our customers.
