Skinners Sheds Bewertungen

I purchased an 8x6ft summerhouse from Skinner Sheds. Both the product and the service have been exceptional. I was delighted with the service on the day - their service was professional, high quality, and a credit to them for working in 30+ degrees. They explained certain options I had, such as where the security bar went, as well as the require aftercare.

Before the fitting, Val's communication was also excellent when I needed to discuss things like shed location and the required concrete base

A very reassuring and reliable experience from a company that is able to offer every conceivable variation. We are very pleased with the finished product and grateful for the assistance we received at the planning stage.

Very disappointed that I was charged £492 to take down and remove what was only half of a shed as I had already taken down a lot and disposed of it myself. The process took the guys exactly 20 minutes to take down load up and leave. Which equates to nearly £1500 an hour for their work.
I have tried emailing and phoning Skinners sheds about this but have had no response.
I would not use them again on principle.
My new shed is however fine and the men that delivered it were polite and accomodating.
A bad experience for me with a high cost.

When we ordered the summerhouse all the options were clearly explained. It was delivered as expected and erected efficiently. Aftercare was explained to us. We're very pleased with it.

Very pleased with my potting shed but didn't visualise that my wife took the day off work and they turned up at 1840 that e evening would of liked a more persifick time other wise very pleased with shed

Well made shed excipient advise by Jon of Wickford . Shed delivered and erected on the appointed day. The carpenters who erected the shed worked to a high standard and left the site clean and Tidy. Really pleased with the quality of the summer house/shed.

We recently ordered a shed from Skinners in Hartley Witney. From ordering to installation all went really well, and it was a smooth and easy operation.
The two fitters carried out the work professionally and left the site clean and tidy.
We would have no worries in recommending Skinners sheds in the future.

I bought an Apex shed from Skinners
The foundation for this shed was a high quality and the shed itself is of a high quality and well made will last for years.
The shed and was delivered on time and the installation was very quick and the work men were very tidy
I would highly recommend this company.

A very professional company, very high quality product. They were In constant contact, regarding my order, delivery & erection. This is my second shed from Skinners.

We bought an excellent Pent shed from Skinners, very well built and well installed by their fitters. I've only put one coat of cuprinol at the moment, as you can see from the picture, will put the second coat on soon. Very pleased with this one. This is the second shed we bought from them, a few years back we bought a lovely potting shed which also doubles as a radio shack.

The customer service at Moss end garden centre was very good,Antonio nows his sheds . The installation , payment and after sales service were first class I would certainly consider Skinner sheds for any future garden projects

We ordered a Pent shed for our son's supported living facility as we have used Skinners before and was very satisfied. This was slightly more complicated as being delivered and erected at an alternative address. All went very smoothly from order to delivery and we would highly recommend them

Communication from ordering to delivery was really good. The 2 guys who installed the shed were brilliant- hardly knew they were there and it looks amazing. Especially impressed as they had to work in quite a tight space alongside a treasured tree. Highly recommend

My experience was mixed. To begin with the service was professional - the estimate was clearly set out, there was a detailed timetable for the work, which was completed according to schedule, the payment system was easy to use. The work the customer needed to do to prepare the old shed for demolition and clearing the base were likewise explained clearly. I'm not sure how someone less able to do this work would manage though. The demolition of the old shed was done efficiently, which at nearly £600, it should have been. The base was laid solidly. At this stage there was an unfortunate incident where one of the contractors annoyed a neighbour, and were the professionalism clearly slipped.

The construction of the new shed was again done efficiently. However, the build quality was not so good. It is solid, apart from an interior window frame that had not been fixed at all! But it has been largely nailed together, which is not as durable as using joints or screws. The wood is in places very poor quality, with rough edges that are very difficult to paint. One of the doors has not been fitted properly and catches the sill. I reported this to the local company but got no reply. When the contractors left they handed me a sealant gun and said I needed to seal all the windows after panting. This seems to me not finishing the job.

Overall the shed looks good and I am pleased with it but there are some things that are less than satisfactory.

I viewed the product I wanted at a Skinners showroom at my local garden centre,a neat 4ft x 4ft garden store.Ordered it on the Skinners website, they called to arrange delivery and assembly. Two pleasant and hard-working guys delivered and assembled it on the arranged day,I painted it and fitted it with tool hooks.Job done exactly as I ordered with no hassle.A good strong garden store delivered and professionally assembled.Kudos to Skinners for a quality service!

Good service from beginning to end. Very satisfied with shed itself and installation. Despite shed not arriving until 5.30pm, job completed efficiently and quickly by 2 proficient installers. All left clean and tidy later that evening.

Awesome service great price and superb job, 👏 explained the whole procedure from start to finish! The 2 guys that turned up to erect the shed were great!very professional done a fantastic job and friendly with it! A truly professional outfit, would definitely use again or reccomend top job! 10 stars all round!

Really happy with my summerhouse from Skinners sheds. The gentlemen who delivered and assembled it were polite, friendly, hard working and efficient. It went up quickly, and with ease.
I was impressed with the communication from them, and I'm so happy with the summerhouse. The quality is high end and it's built to last. One very happy customer. I would use them again and highly recommend them for their service and quality out buildings.

Ordered a pent shed with slightly different layout from the standard, easy ordering over the phone, fitters were brilliant, all done in an hour, shed is really sturdy & looks great, we're really pleased.
