Paid £80 and did not receive my product. Emails ignored. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to try and get a refund.

Fantastic advice and help re my after treatment skin probs. I love the products I purchased all three very hydrating. I most definitely will be ordering again, my order was with me within 3 days, just couldn't ask for a better service.

Ordered some skincare and paid for express delivery which was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days according to them. Unfortunately, that never happened which was sad since i was looking forward it and my package was time sensitive where i needed it by a certain time. However, the company was kind enough to give me a refund for the products i have ordered since there was a delay on their side. So I definitely appreciate it and appreciate the company's quick responsiveness to my concerns.

swift delivery and free samples which is always a great way to test expensive products before buying!

My product arrived unsealed and leaked into the box as if it was tampered with. I was told i will be sent a new replacement in three days when i returned it. Its been two weeks without any updates. I told them i will be happy with a refund if a fresh package is not available. I have tried messaging them on whatsapp multiple times, called them and emailed them and waited days for a response. They have evaded all attempts for contact.

This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional and unethical. The product although from a reputed brand seemed to have been tampered with. The product quality was bad but forgivable however their service is absolutely horrendous. I am entirely unhappy with my experience with skin pharmacy. 100% do not recommend.
