Bought this 7 months ago and it worked great until recently it had a problem with the pump so I emailed them and they replaced the whole system. Really happy with my experience as they resolved my issue and sent the new one out quickly. I've tried other tabletop filters and none come close. Best in the game

Honestly the best decision we ever made as a family and now could never live without our skuma!! Also their mineral boost packs are great and really helps us make sure we get all the minerals we need from our water.

This is an amazing product. You will see an immediate difference in the quality of the water. I will never drink any other water now. The initial setup is a little fiddly but its worth the effort. Instant hot water in the kitchen is also a total game changer. No more waiting for the kettle or to bring water to the boil on the stove. Well done on an amazing product. Highly recommend 👌

Living in a hard water area, I was amazed at how good the water tastes after using skuma. To the point where I now fill up multiple bottles and take them with me during the day instead of having to buy bottled water or drink from the tap! I especially like the alkaline minerals blend. The only slight draw back is how quickly the waste fills up in bad water areas but it doesn’t take more than 10 seconds to empty and replace! Would recommend to anyone who wants fluoride and hormone free water without spending thousands on traditional reverse osmosis systems! Plus the filter lasts an entire year!!

Excellent product with lots of different ways showing you how to set up, making it really flexible and easy to get going. The personal touch from Rohit has been fantastic for a techno- phobe like me —quick, helpful responses from a real person, not AI. He’s even promised to give me a call after the weekend to answer any questions I may have. Such a refreshing change from my previous filter system. Highly recommend Sküma!

Bought the unit but within 4 months it stopped working. Emailed support multiple times with the requested information but had no luck in getting any reply. Sadly mirrors the experience of others here. Poor reliability and they don’t honour the warranty.

One of the pieces of my Sküma broke and the customer service team was easy to contact, and sent a new replacement part at no cost to myself immediately!

Unit arrived in good time. Install instructions pretty easy to follow. Yes you have to empty a pretty small waste water unit quite often but big deal for water that tastes so much better even in our Yorkshire soft water area.

Love this product.. packaging was great, instructions were clear, water tastes crisp!
The only thing I would add is the ability for all components to click into one solid unit… I’m in a van so can rattle abit, but I’m just being picky. I love it!

I’m really impressed with my SKÜMA so far. The filtration quality is excellent—the water tastes clean, fresh, and noticeably better filtered. I’m very happy with the overall quality and performance.

My only suggestion would be to include a larger quantity of the minerals as part of the subscription. Since the minerals are an important part of the system, having more included with each subscription would make it even more convenient and better value for money.

Overall, a great product with excellent filtration. Increasing the quantity of minerals included in the subscription would make an already good product even better.

I love this system. This is the second one I’ve owned.

I lent my first one to a friend to try. They loved it so much they apparently decided “borrowing” was more of a long-term arrangement.

So here I am, buying another.

10/10 water filter. Surprisingly high theft risk.

Sküma water filter looks great and the water tastes even better! Only downside is side is it doesn’t do cold water from the system only room temp which isn’t great on hot days. So I’ve had to buy lots of glass bottles to make up cold water in the fridge ready to drink. But it’s definitely well worth the buy.

It’s been a week in the heatwave.
We will not be drinking tap water or jug filtered water ever again.
It took a while to set up . The video helped.
And now the whole family use it .
No issues so far.

We chose Skuma as the integrated remineralisation and instant hot water seemed logical and useful features, the latter allowing me to add good water to my espresso pretty seamlessly.

I was a little apprehensive with it being a smaller company - but it's clear that they really care about their machine and have made consistent progress. I have also seem criticism with people being confused by the setup or struggling in general - I would like to reassure people that if you can read and have a modicum of patience, you will be absolutely fine.

For the amount this machine does and its performance, it's exceptionally well laid out and explained, it just requires getting used to. We have a zero water also, but the filter replacement cost was becoming frankly a bit silly - I've seen people using the Skuma to fill a zero fridge pitcher to have a cold supply of 0-water whilst putting very little strain on the expensive cartridge, which isn't a bad idea if 0-ppm water availability is especially important to you, our Skuma settles at around 30 down from 300 at the tap.

Overall once everyone was familiarised with the unit it's become a great household addition and I'd consider it pretty solid value.

I’ve had my system for several years and like most things after a while it needed a little maintenance, particularly with how hard our water is. Customer service were very helpful and sent out the replacement parts straight away!

I bought the Sküma water machine because I wanted to stop relying on bottled water, and so far I’m really pleased with my decision.

The biggest thing for me is the taste of the water. It tastes fresh, clean and smooth, and I genuinely enjoy drinking it. In fact, I prefer the taste to a lot of bottled water I’ve tried. The fact that the system filters the water and then adds minerals back in makes a noticeable difference to the taste.

I also really like the quality and choice of materials used in the machine. It feels well designed and much more premium than a typical water filter. It looks good on the kitchen worktop too, which is important when you’re going to use something every day.

For me, the biggest benefit is the convenience. I now have great-tasting drinking water available at home without having to buy, carry and store bottles of water. It also means far less plastic waste.

Overall, I’m very happy with the Sküma. If you’re looking for a way to replace bottled water while still having water that tastes really good, I would definitely recommend giving it a serious look.
