WARNING BEWARE DONT JOIN THIS CASINO. Ive been a member with this casino for years. i made a withdraw of $350 then they randomly asked for 3months of my bank statements to process it which i sent in then they blocked my account. I will be taking legal action.

At 1st I was skeptical about the withdrawal process because they blocked my acc to deposit and withdrawl after winning big, however I didn’t know you had to verify acc etc etc so i just sent the stuff they requested from me which I didn’t like because personal info about my work income etc so anyways I just followed what needed to be done. Was fast too after 24hrs. Was able to withdrawal my winnings but left some to keep playing. Enjoying this game game so much!! Highly recommended!!

Our first visit on 12/01 was great thanks to the two young security guards who were polite, helpful, and clear about what we needed to play. Because of them, we came back prepared.

The second visit on 14/01/26 around 6:15 pm was the complete opposite. The security guard on duty was rude from the moment I asked a simple question about where to get the card needed to play. Instead of answering, he refused to respond without checking my ID — even though I wasn’t asking to enter, just asking for information. His explanation made no sense, and the inconsistency became obvious when he let my husband through after only asking his age. The interaction was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

Inside, the card desk also failed to mention that you need cash or a New Zealand card to load money. The credits we were given showed for table games but not for slots, adding to the confusion. We then had to leave the casino again to use the ATM — something that could have been avoided if our questions had been answered properly from the start.

The difference between the helpful staff on 12/01 and the behavior we experienced on 14/01/26 is unacceptable. This visit made the negative reviews make sense, and it left a very poor impression.

I would have given 5 stars but because I was locked out of my account until I produce a bank statement I draw the line at 4, however, that aside this is a really good casino. I think that most of the 1 star reviews are those people that put money into any website willy nilly without taking the time to verify your account first.. I just literally deposited $50, hit big and had no issues withdrawing as I had taken the time to verify my account.
