This is now my 3rd vehicle via skyfleet.
Thoroughly red as they are a cut above the rest who give their clients 110%.

Service Levels Have Dropped Sharply
Over the past 12 months, I’ve noticed a significant drop in service standards from Sky Fleet Leasing. My account manager no longer seems focused on customer care — everything felt like a chore. Instead of resolving matters directly, issues were constantly passed on to someone else.
After extending my lease for another year, it became clear that my account manager had lost all drive and determination to secure a deal that would make me want to stay. The effort simply wasn’t there.
On top of that, there were repeated mistakes, such as giving me incorrect address details. Small errors like these added up and made the whole experience frustrating.
Even when I eventually left, there was no thank you or acknowledgment for being a loyal customer for 4 years, which felt very disappointing.
Overall, the service has gone from supportive and attentive to careless and disengaged.

Car not delivered as yet but service ahead of delivery has been excellent. Great level of communication with our Skyfleet Agent, Bryan, who has kept us abreast of all of the details of our leasing arrangements and been very helpful whilst setting up the lease. Skyfleet have given us a great deal on the cost of the vehicle we have chosen to lease - we can't wait to receive it!
