Our stay at Skylife Airbnb was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt regal-as we were treated like royalty every step of the way!
The team went far beyond the call of duty.
They checked in every morning via text to ensure we were well and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Samuel, who attended to our every need with warmth and efficiency, and to Pietro, who was devoted to making sure we were completely satisfied.
The home itself is gorgeous. The beds are dreamy soft and cozy. It's clear that comfort and style were top priorities in the design and maintenance of the space.
Skylife offers an impressive suite of services— tours, private chefs, golf cart tours, and even a private yoga instructor for rooftop workouts.
It's rare to find a property that can connect you with such a complete range of experiences in one place.
The combination of stunning surroundings, meticulous hospitality, and exceptional services made this stay unforgettable!

First Class service all the way. They arranged transportation from airport and met us at the front door to help with luggage and walk us through the amenities. the location was perfect, short walks to multiple cafes and even larger sites. It is a full floor wraparound balcony- and you can sit on the front terrace and watch boats and rowers go by. Zero complaints

Nice apartment and very nice people

Our stay in Rome was absolutely fantastic, and that’s because Pietro and Samuel were the best hosts!

They helped with check-in and check-out (including getting luggage upstairs), they helped with anything we needed during our stay (including sought after reservations) and they were so friendly!

The house itself was also stunning! It was better than the photos, the spaces were so large and naturally lit. The bathrooms were a great size for use and it made everything so much more enjoyable.

Thank you so much Pietro, Samuel & the team. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. What made the experience even more special was how amazing the hosts were — super responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best stay possible. You can really feel that they care about every little detail. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and memorable experience!

we had a wonderful stay in Roma, and beyond , thanks to discovering Skylife…. we were first hooked by their advertised airbnB, and it looked too good to be true. But now i know its real… its the best place we ever stayed!. the host, skylife team, and space was amazing. Skylife was very accommodating. their communication is excellent. they clearly understand and anticipate needs. they helped us with food allergies, recommended and booked for us numerous tours, shuttle service and worthy restaurants. they helped us to travel peacefully beyond Roma, to Naples and Ischia and Capri and Pompei. their connections to the best guides and restaurants are priceless! it was my first time back in italy in 33 years. and my families first visit. we tossed a coin in the Trevi fountain the right way, and now we will be back!. it helps that we had such a positive experience thanks in part to the good folks at Skylife!. many thanks to Martina, Pietro, and numerous others who tended to our daily needs. thank you all. We had a wonderful stay in a newly listed apartment that was walking distance to all the highlights in Rome that we wanted to see. The communication and wonderful help in giving us recommendations and even making dinner reservations was top notch! We needed help finding a pharmacy and they helped us through that process as well. They truly made us feel at home and the customer service was some of the best we have seen anywhere!

I made a decision in the middle of June that I would come to Rome with two daughters in mid July. It did not leave much time for planning, but Skylife made the whole experience seamless. We stayed in an amazing penthouse apartment that was perfect for writing and other creative pursuits (which is what I wanted to do), but we were also in the heart of Ancient Rome and my daughters could walk to monuments and shopping and restaurants (which is what they wanted to do). The apartment was stocked with everything you might need, from power adaptors to water bottles to sparkling wine and even the ingredients to make your own Aperol Spritz.

Skylife also arranged some excellent experiences for us, including a magical day boating around the Amalfi Coast and a sunset tour of the Eternal City in a convertible Fiat. Both were highlights of the trip.

I might also mention, upon arriving at the apartment, we thought we had left my daughter's phone in a taxi. The Skylife team immediately helped by calling taxi companies on our behalf. We ended up finding the phone -- it was not lost after all -- but I was impressed by how quickly Skylife jumped in to help when they really had no obligation to do so.

If you're looking for a concierge, curated experience, one that you can personalize for your group, Skylife is sheer perfection.

Me and my two friends stayed in their wonderful apartment in the Prati area of Rome, it couldn’t have been better in terms of location, proximity to necessities (i.e. pharmacies, mini Marts, grocery stores and so forth). We had a 4 night stay and again only great things to say about both the apartment as well as Skylife. Pietro & team was extremely accommodating and we felt ready to take on the massive city that Rome is. They left a handy guidebook regarding the surrounding areas, things to know about the Airbnb and the apartment complex itself. In the end - I will most definitely be returning to Rome and booking my stay with Skylife.

One of the best air bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in! Amazing location, beautiful communal entrance with lift to the floor of the apartment. Lovely terrace, air conditioning throughout, quiet at nice & with great amenities! Would definitely stay again if in Rome! Also great recommendations from hosts who were so attentive & brilliant before, during & at the end of our stay! Thank you!!! Would highly recommend & hope to stay in a Skylife Management property in the future!

Staying steps away from the Colosseum felt like living in a dream… The apartment was elegant, spotless, and full of charm.. Modern and old style perfectly blend in the flat with high wooden ceilings and big spaces that are so charming! And it’s managed by Skylife that made everything seamless, including an incredible Golf Cart Tour! Bravo!

Senza dubbio super raccomandato questo appartamento nel pieno centro residenziale di Roma ma con spazio come se non lo fosse e con tutte le comodità que si possono trovare in una proprieta moderna, ben decorata con gusto e funzionalità.
In più hanno anche parcheggio per la macchina che credetemi è un vero lusso in piena Roma
Insomma non ci pensate due volte e propio quello di cui avete bisogno per una vacanza comoda con l’appoggio inoltre di un gruppo fantastico sempre disponibile ed experto in tutto quello che vi può essere di aiuto per fare di queste le migliori vacanze

Without a doubt, this apartment is highly recommended. It’s located right in the heart of a residential area in Rome, yet offers a sense of spaciousness you wouldn’t expect—and comes with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The property is tastefully decorated with both style and functionality in mind.

Plus, it even includes a parking space—trust me, that’s a real luxury in the center of Rome!

In short, don’t think twice—this is exactly what you need for a comfortable vacation, supported by a fantastic team that is always available and incredibly knowledgeable about anything that might help make your stay the best it can be.

Place is in the heart of Rome beside the river and an easy walk to almost everything. Busy in a fun way for us. No need for a car. Apartment has a wonderful feeling of being 100% immersed in the best of Trastevere. Surrounded by the incredible flower/plant smells of the neighbourhood. Roof top deck. Three bathrooms. Big Kitchen/Living Room. Tremendous attention from Skylife if needed. Bottled Water in fridge when we arrived. Recommendations. Need to be fit/comfortable climbing very narrow staircases up to apartment with luggage or in/out during day. We recommended a new front door key. Too tricky for most to figure out. Overall 4.5.

We had a phenomenal experience! The apartment was extremely clean and exactly as pictured! The beds were comfortable and the hot water in the shower was amazing. The hosts left us cold water and a bottle of wine that was amazing and there was coffee for us in the morning! The hosts also helped us find places near by and answered us immediately! This was such a great experience we would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area!

The Skyloft team was incredibly attentive both before and during our trip to Rome. From the start, they went above and beyond—providing thoughtful recommendations for activities, restaurants, and must-see sites in and around the city. Their attention to detail made planning our days so much easier and more enjoyable.

Francis was a fantastic host for the loft. The space was exactly as described—stylish, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The location was prime, making it easy to explore Rome on foot, and the view from the terrace was absolutely spectacular—a true highlight of our stay.

We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown throughout our visit. This was a memorable and seamless experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book the Skyloft again on our next trip to Rome!

We had a wonderful experience at Skyloft Rome May 2025 The apartment was wonderful. Basic needs are provided. The Skyloft team is always available, and answers all questions. They can arrange transport and rentals. Also, any other questions, such as ATM, tickets to attractions and events are thoroughly researched by the team for you.
Frances, the owner, is also available for dinner recommendations and reservations. She arranged a last minute reservation to a great restaurant, we didn’t have to wait. What a nice surprise and great table. She answers all questions as well.
I feel the apartment is in a very convenient area. Close to pretty much major attractions and shopping.
Lastly, what an exceptional outside space this apartment have. 2 levels. Rooftop outstanding. Furnishings on both levels so nice.
Thanks again to the entire Skyloft team. Frances, Pietro, and Martina were always there for us.

Our stay in Rome was extremely relaxing in this gorgeous apartment! The interior is beautiful decorated, clean, and nicely organized. In addition, our host was extremely caring and thorough with communication! We highly recommend this place to others!
