The whole trip was easy, I booked a very early morning pick up and the driver arrived perfectly about 5 minutes early. Fantastic car, very polite and friendly driver. I accidentally messed up the payment by paying twice. The driver reported it immediately to the office and they were really helpful to arrange a speedy refund. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

From start to finish so reassuring . Travelling is pretty stressful these guys make it so easy. Drop Off and Pick Up from East Midlands Airport ... despite delays returning the driver was there in the early morning hours.

Absolutely perfect. We went from kirkby in ashfield to Heathrow, and also the return leg several weeks later.

Communication beforehand was fantastic so we felt relaxed about the pickup, they were punctual, fantastically friendly and professional.

The car was clean and comfortable, we were offered water and nothing was too much trouble- including a short stop to let my 6 year old son stretch his legs.

Really trustworthy and reliable service and reasonably priced. I am definately using these guys again

As a former professional driver myself, I would rate Skylift's Driver's skill as Excellent! The vehicle that arrived was virtually 'new', very comfortable and exceeded ALL my expectations for the price (or anywhere near that price). A confirmation message from the driver early 'on-the-day' was a welcome (and very polite) reassurance of the booking. We have used many taxi companies before but this company outshine them all! We would heartily recommend SkyLift cars for their efficiency, communication and sheer professionalism. Requiring a Taxi to and from Birmingham airport for a business trip, I took a chance on SkyLift Cars Nottingham. Nothing was too much trouble, all was catered for, prompt and informed service.
