I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by Sky Maxi Taxi during my recent booking. Despite scheduling a 7 am pickup - 2 days ago, the driver arrived a staggering 40 minutes later, attributing the delay to the unavailability of the initially assigned driver.

Remarkably, Sky Maxi Taxi displayed a lack of awareness regarding this issue until I personally contacted them, a frustrating 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. This blatant lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

To exacerbate matters, my explicit request for a car seat went unfulfilled. Not only did the driver arrive substantially late, but the safety and well-being of passengers, especially my son, were compromised due to the absence of the requested car seat.

This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and upset. The fundamental pillars of punctuality and customer service were disregarded, undermining the trust I placed in Sky Maxi Taxi. I sincerely hope that this incident prompts a reevaluation of your operational protocols to prevent such lapses in the future.

The taxi was 15 mins late, I had to call 4 times. Also, I booked 11-seater but the car was 7-seater.

Slightly late for the pick up but overall very good service and super responsive customer on both email and telephone.

Driver and car were great and the ride was very smooth… child seat requested and was perfect for our little one .

Our flight was delayed and the driver was very patient and waited for the flight to arrive.

Our driver was on time both drop off and pickup. There were no issues and all was as agreed over the phone. We made a change 24 hrs before and that too was handled professionally. Excellent cant fault the service.
